00:00We've got so used to the Princess of Wales being open since her cancer diagnosis but her latest
00:05words felt particularly personal and here's why. She was meeting up with cancer patients
00:12and volunteers at this well-being centre in Colchester and it really felt like she wanted
00:17us to hear loud and clear how tough that recovery journey can be. You put on sort of brief based
00:23stoicism through treatment. Treatment's done yeah so I can crack on and get back to normal again but
00:30actually that the phase afterwards is really you know it's a really difficult journey you know
00:37you're not necessarily in the clinical team any longer but you're not able to function
00:43normally at home as you perhaps what's used to. Strong isn't it and it comes after she didn't
00:49attend Royal Ascot a couple of weeks ago and all of the reporting around it. Now she is still in
00:55remission from cancer and the palace have constantly said there would have to be some flexibility in the
01:01kind of engagements that she decides to do and really from her we heard it today talking about
01:06the importance of mind body and spirit when it comes to recovery but also it did feel like there
01:12was a subtle plea in there for understanding for her her family and also others going through
01:19this difficult kind of journey.
