Reporter Presses Trump About Report Of DHS Sec. Kristi Noem’s $80,000 ‘Dark Money Payment’

During a press gaggle aboard Air Force One on Tuesday, President Trump was asked about a report concerning a payment made to DHS Sec. Kristi Noem.

00:11and appears to have been kept off her federal disclosure forms this spring?

00:18I think she's done an amazing job.

00:21On Secretary Noem, you talked about how the Washington examiner, sir, Christian Aiton.

00:28Are you concerned right now, again, with the speed of the deportations?

00:33Obviously, Tom Homan, Stephen Miller have talked about this isn't enough.

00:38What exactly is enough?

00:41We're going to have a lot of angst because it's a tough thing.

00:48But no, I think they're doing an amazing job.

00:51And, you know, we're doing a lot of home deportations.

00:54We're doing a lot of deportations or self-deportations where they come in and they deport and then they want to come back into the country.

01:01And they can only come back into the country under no circumstances unless they go out the proper way.

01:07Otherwise, they're never coming back in.

01:09No, I think it's going very well.

01:11Look, Biden did us a tremendous disservice when he allowed this to happen to our country.

01:16And I always said it's the toughest thing.

01:18You know, I had inflation and I got rid of it.

01:20We don't have inflation.

01:21I had a bad economy and we got, you know, we set a new stock market high today.

01:26We're doing unbelievable.

01:27The country is doing unbelievable.

01:28I always said the most difficult thing is what happened at the border, allowing 21 or 25 million people to come into our country.

01:38I think we're doing a fantastic job in getting them out.

01:43But you have a lot of self-deporting and a lot more than people understand that those people are eligible maybe.
