Is Norris too nice to become F1 champion?

Damon Hill believes McLaren's Lando Norris has a tough task to prove that 'nice guys' can win an F1 title.

00:24so I'm always a big supporter of that approach

00:27but I think you have to show some steely resolve

00:32which makes it clear to those you race against
