00:09Stop being so quick to help others. You have to think about yourself. First, look out for no one.
00:18That's me. Stop trying to please everyone all the time. It's not worth it.
00:23You need to get rid of the people in your life who don't deserve it.
00:26You are not responsible for other people's happiness. You have to be selfish. You have to look out for yourself.
00:34If you don't, you're going to end up getting hurt.
00:36And if that means that you have to let go of some people in your life, then so be it. You'll be better off without them. Trust me.
00:44And then, when you look back on this time, you're going to regret it.
00:48So stop being so damn nice. Start being selfish. Think about yourself. Do things for yourself.
