Damon Hill unsure if 'quirky' Norris could become F1 champion

Damon Hill feels that McLaren's Lando Norris has to toughen up or prove that 'nice guys' can win an F1 title.

00:05he's quite quirky and he's a very likeable chap. But the question is, he

00:13says he wants to be a nice chap and still, you know, still be nice chap and

00:17win and show that nice guys do win. So I'm always a big supporter of that

00:22approach but I think you have to show some also some steely, you know, resolve

00:28which makes it makes it clear to those you race against that you'll you're

00:34going to be tough to beat. And he does it with results that but you have to keep

00:38banging those results in and there's nothing between him and Oscar. But

00:45Oscar is growing, he's getting stronger so Lando is being really pushed and put to

00:50the test. He will be really put to the test this year.
