00:26According to The Telegraph, Chelsea met with officials after an invitation from Mayor Kahn.

00:32The club is examining a site in Earls Court, West London, although Kahn's spokesperson said no formal proposal have been submitted.

00:42The mayor is unaware of any recent formal proposals from the club for Earls Court.

00:47They stated, the mayor and TfL can only form a view once they have seen details of any potential proposals.

00:54In May, shareholders Hansorg Weiss voiced support for Earls Court, calling it the best option for a move.

01:02Stamford Bridge's current capacity is just over 40,000, notably smaller than any Premier League rival's stadiums.
