00:31path, how to get that ab, how to get that chest, how to get that bicep, tricep, you know, how
00:37to get those legs worked out.
00:39You know the path.
00:40Now, anybody, you can teach him that this is the path you have to go.
00:43This is the diet you have to take.
00:44This is the sleep pattern you have to follow.
00:46You know, that's what consistency tells you.
00:49Consistency just not gives you the goal.
00:51It makes you the person to live that goal, live up to that potential basically.
