00:24so almost immediately the trailer popped up on X.
00:27Releasing the trailer so early is a bit unusual,
00:30as The Odyssey is still filming and not being released until July of next year.
00:34But given that the new Jurassic World film is expected to open to at least $100 million at the box office,
00:39and represents Universal's biggest and safest bet on its release docket for months,
00:44coupling Jurassic World with the first push for Nolan's big event film makes sense.
00:48The celebrity-filled cast of The Odyssey includes Tom Holland,
00:51John Bernthal, Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o, and Robert Pattinson, among others.
00:58Nolan's The Odyssey has a budget of $250 million,
01:02which will make it the most expensive film of his career.
01:05It will be shot entirely using IMAX cameras, making it the first film with a major scope to do so.
01:10The film is slated to be released July 17, 2026.
