The RNLI is reminding the public to choose a lifeguarded beach when visiting the coast as the warm weather continue this month - following a busy weekend where many people in difficulty in the sea across Pembrokeshire were rescued by lifeguards on duty.
Over the weekend of June 28 to 29, beaches across Pembrokeshire were busy, which coincided with bigger surf. North Pembrokeshire RNLI Lifeguards rescued five people and assisted a further seven, all of whom were stuck in rip currents.
