00:16began by sharing an expected release date. He said, just yesterday I was with Universal Studios.
00:22The studio said to me, Vin can we please have the finale of Fast and Furious in April 2027?
00:28I said under three conditions because I've been listening to my fan base. He went on to say,
00:33the first is to bring the franchise back to LA. The second thing was to return to the car culture,
00:38to the street racing. The third thing was reuniting Dom and Brian O'Connor. That is what you're going
00:43to get in the finale. Diesel did not give further details. On November 30th, 2013, Paul Walker died
00:49in a car accident in Valencia, California when he was 40 years old. When the tragedy occurred,
00:54he was reprising his role as Brian in Universal's Fast and Furious 7. However, the seventh film was
00:59able to give his character a proper send-off at the end of the movie by using CGI, VFX artists,
