00:07This is Tanner Martin's last video. The 30-year-old was diagnosed with colon cancer.

00:13Until 2019, Tanner was a regular working man at a call center,

00:17living day by day when life threw a curve ball at him. A diagnosis of colon cancer.

00:24This wasn't just a diagnosis, it was a turning point in life.

00:27Rather than remaining silent, he turned to the world to share his story.

00:32He didn't want sympathy, he just paved the path for his truth.

00:37From brutal side effects and the tough days, to the small wins,

00:40he shared everything with unflinching honesty.

00:44And it was this honesty that landed him the wishes of more than 500,000 people on the internet.

00:49In February 2023, Tanner announced that his cancer was terminal.

00:54He was given 2-5 years and in this time, he chose to live life fiercely and powerfully.

01:00Amid all this, Tanner and his wife Shay decided to start their family.

01:05On May 15, 2025, their daughter Amy Lu graced their lives.

01:10But the window of hope proved too fragile and just a month later, Tanner's battle came to an end.

01:16But even in his final days, Tanner proved to be the ultimate dad to his daughter.

01:21With no life insurance, his aim was clear, to give Amy Lu a secure future.

01:26And so, he urged his followers to donate to the GoFundMe campaign for his daughter,

01:31whom he knew he couldn't raise, but loved more than life itself.

01:36On June 25, 2025, his wife posted a video that Tanner had recorded himself.

01:42It was his final message, a quiet goodbye captured on camera,

01:46shared with the world just days after he was gone.
