00:00Miami Dolphins are trading Jalen Ramsey to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jack of all trades.
00:04We'll talk NFL, NBA free agency, and some offseason moves already. And of course,
00:09some plays around MLB on this Monday. But we get your thought first on the Dolphins trading Ramsey
00:16to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers adding a three-time all-pro cornerback who, of course,
00:21in his last season in Miami, played all 17 games but was not a pro bowler. Tom,
00:27what do you grade this move for the Steelers who are trying to go all-in in 2025?
00:33Well, thanks for having me. I think it's an okay move for them, a B, B-plus move,
00:37whatever you want to call it. You know, frankly, I don't see a path forward for the Steelers.
00:42Like, at best, they're a wild-card team. Frankly, I see them starting and bringing in Aaron Rodgers
00:47just so Mike Tomlin can sustain his above 500 record season and, like, season year in and year out,
00:54whatever you want to call it. Like, they should just be tanking for one of the top quarterbacks
00:57coming out next year instead of trying to maintain this silly record because they're not in a spot
01:01to compete within their own division and they're not in a spot to compete within the AFC. So this
01:05is just a wasted year to bring in Rodgers when they could be setting things up for the future
01:09for a team that has traditionally been great. This is a wasted year for them.
01:13So this is a wrap.
