00:01When he started his first chapter I was in seventh class and we really didn't

00:05understand what he's trying to achieve in IT. I find myself very lucky to see

00:10his second chapter of technology revolution. To be very honest when the

00:14Honorable Chief Minister spoke about this initiative 99% of the people in the

00:18room didn't understand what he was talking. I worked at the World Bank for

00:21two years I'm a Stanford MBA even I was quite perplexed and puzzled so all of us

00:27went to chat GPT and started a research. You know it's very rare we come across

00:31visionary leadership. India is lucky to see the next version of Mr. Naidu and we

00:36really witnessing history here. A quantum future cannot be built without a

00:41quantum ready workforce. We are proud to announce that APSHE's introduction of

00:47India's first integrated curriculum in quantum technologies and AI across all

00:52our universities. This initiative will ensure that Andhra Pradesh becomes the

00:56brain capital of the global quantum ambition. We are developing a dedicated

01:01quantum research zone within Amravati knowledge city, single window clearances

01:06for quantum startups, labs and foreign R&D centers, plug-and-play research

01:11infrastructure with L&T, IBM and DRDO as anchor partners.
