Every time I use the HEVC encoder, ever since a few months ago, it's begun encoding the videos in BLACK AND GREEN and discarding the video, only keeping the audio. What gives?
OBS HEVC encoded videos aren't affected apparently. Only those encoded with kdelive with FFMPEG or other renders.

00:00Hello. It seems the last few days I was uploading videos of Dailymotion.
00:07They may have a problem with H2.265 latest format of MPEG-4 or MPEG-5 should I say.
00:17The video is not encoding properly or HEVC heavy.
00:25It's not encoding properly and here's the problem with that.
00:31It's appearing as green and black.
00:35Otherwise that's what the thumbnail looks like. Two green and black images.
00:40And nothing at all.
00:43That means nothing at all. That's all it's showing.
00:47So I don't know what the fucking problem is but...
00:51I gotta figure out what the cause of that is and rectify the situation.
00:57If I gotta explicitly encode to another format for Dailymotion I guess I'll have to do that.
01:05Says...
01:07I don't know what the problem is but...
01:11I think they made a big glitch as of a few months ago.
01:17And...
01:18This has gotta stop.
01:21Just thought I'd mention that.
01:24Sucks through the archive. I have to re-encode all these fucking videos.
01:29And I still haven't had a chance to get them all up.
01:33But when I do, I will.
01:35Thanks for watching.
01:38Fuck. This sucks.
01:41All that extra work.
01:43Cause there's some glitch they don't wanna fix.
01:46Okay.
