00:28So we just saw Patchwork aka Pulp. Yeah, they were amazing. All the classic hits, really enjoyed them.
00:34I thought it was a nice surprise having them as the secret set. So it was a fun experience to have.
00:41Just saw Pulp is absolutely incredible. Incredible. Brilliant.
00:45Kneecap has made headlines in recent months with their pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel stints.
00:52One of their members has been charged with a terror offense for allegedly supporting Hezbollah,
00:59leading Starmer and other politicians to call for them to be dropped from the line-up.
01:04In front of thousands of fans, many waving Palestinian flags kneecap lit the crowd in chanting abuse about Starmer.
01:13You know, it's gotta be the end of the set. They let everyone go in. Look over here.
01:17There's about 200,000 people all singing. Brilliant. Brilliant.
01:21The iron-backed Lebanese force Hezbollah and the Palestinian militant group Hamas are banned in the UK.
01:29And it is an offense to express support for them. Before kneecap took to the stage, rap punk duo Bob Wellen led the crown in chants of death, death to the IDF, a reference to the Israeli Defence Forces.
01:44Israeli's embassy to the UK said it was deeply disturbed by the inflammatory and hateful rhetoric following the event.
01:53Seeing the whole crowd, this is my first time at Glastonbury, so seeing the amount of people here is insane.
02:00And seeing such a big band on the primera stage is such an incredible experience.
02:05Glastonbury organisers Defied Starmer, who had said it was not appropriate for kneecap to perform at Glastonbury,
02:13one of the country's biggest and most famous music festivals. Pulp led by Jarvis Cocker had fans bouncing to 90's anthem Common People after being listed on the line-up as Patchwork.
02:26Oh, well, where to begin? There were some absolute bloody bangers from start to finish. I would say that perhaps the biggest song on the set was Common People. Blew us all away.
02:36Headline acts at the festival which finishes Sunday include Niall Young and Olivia Rodrigo with other highlights including Charlie XCX and Rhodes Stewart.
