Jammu & Kashmir, June 30, 20-25, (ANI): A trial run was conducted today at Yatri Niwas, the base camp for the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, to review arrangements for the upcoming pilgrimage. Buses were sent under full security cover to check the preparedness. The first batch of pilgrims will be flagged off from the Jammu base camp on 2nd July. The Yatra will begin from the Baltal and Pahalgam routes on 3rd July.Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishy says, "...All the preparations for Amarnath Yatra have been completed. Today, tokens will be distributed at Saraswati Dham. We appeal to people to come in large numbers; we will provide them with all the necessary facilities, and no one will face any issues. We have full preparations for everything."
