00:32we look at the right heart border the left heart border and the cardiothoracic
00:35ratio and we want that to be within 50% then we look for D that is diaphragm so
00:40we look at the border of the diaphragm whether there's gas above the diaphragm
00:43or below the diaphragm or not and we also look at the cost of phrenic angles
00:46whether they are sharp and clear or not finally we go for E that is anything
00:50extra in that we can look for the aortic knuckle the vertebral column the ribs
