00:05terms first we talk about a that is airway so we look the trachea whether

00:09there is any shift in the trachea or not and also we look at the bronchus and the

00:14level of the carina next comes B that is breathing and bones so for bones we

00:18check the level of the clavicles with the clavicles are okay or not and the

00:21surrounding bones whether they're okay and we also talk about the lung fields

00:25the upper lung field the middle lung field and the lower lung field on both

00:28sides third comes C that is the cardiac so we look at the overall heart shadow

00:32we look at the right heart border the left heart border and the cardiothoracic

00:35ratio and we want that to be within 50% then we look for D that is diaphragm so

00:40we look at the border of the diaphragm whether there's gas above the diaphragm

00:43or below the diaphragm or not and we also look at the cost of phrenic angles

00:46whether they are sharp and clear or not finally we go for E that is anything

00:50extra in that we can look for the aortic knuckle the vertebral column the ribs
