00:00Devendraji was the Chief Minister. The inauguration of the Foundation League was performed at the hands of the then Chief Justice of India, Justice Ranjan Gogui, in the presence of Justice Bobade, myself and Justice Surya Khan.
00:20And the first building of the economic bloc was inaugurated in April 2021. Mahalastra has seen a lot of changes in the politics in the last decade.
00:44When the Foundation's throne was laid, Devendraji was Chief Minister, then subsequently Uddhava Thakriji became the Chief Minister, and it was the COVID period.
00:57And on account of COVID, the difficulties, I must place on record that in spite of the COVID period, Mr. Uddhava Thakriji was the then Chief Minister.
01:14He met me at Varsha, and the issue of funds was finalized. And when we inaugurated the first academic bloc at the hands of the then Chief Justice of India, Justice Sharad Bhavri,
01:32it was a COVID period, and therefore the function was through virtual mode, except 15-20 of us all were online.
01:43And Shri Uddhava Thakriji was online as a CM. Devendraji was online as a leader of opposition.
01:54So he missed that event in the chain, so therefore I am completing it.
01:59Thereafter, again there were changes, and Devendraji was back, but in a different capacity.
02:11And last, about one and a half years back, we completed the still box, and one was still for boys and one was still for girls was completed.
02:27Shri Devendraji, myself, and Nitinji were present.
02:32And now when the first phase is completing, it is again Devendraji, as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, who is with us to inaugurate this function.
02:50I must place on record, the contribution of all the, this person, Shri Devendraji, as a Chief Minister, as a Deputy Chief Minister,
03:04as again a Chief Minister, Shri Uddhava Thakri, as a Chief Minister.
03:11The support of Nitinji Kadkari as a, as a Member of Parliament from this area, and as a Minister in the Indian Government.
03:23With their cooperation, we could fortify the dream of having the first project.
03:31I must also mention the two dynamic Guardian Ministers, who have also contributed to this project.
03:41Initially, Shri Chandrasekhar Bhavankode was the Guardian Minister.
03:49Subsequently, Nitin Raut was Guardian Minister for some time, Dr. Nitin Raut.
03:56And now again, it is Mr. Chandrasekhar Bhavankode, who is the Guardian Minister.
04:02Their positive attitude was always seen whenever there were any problems.
04:12We used to have meetings in the university campus, and the problems used to be resolved over a phone call.
04:20I must also place on record the contribution of many bureaucrats, right from the period when Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh was the Secretary.
