00:00Karnal Ji, first of all welcome to INS.
00:02Thank you so much for having me.
00:04And sir, first of all, you would like to know,
00:06what are the scenes and pictures of you today?
00:12Lakshman is not in this show for many days.
00:14And today Lakshman is back again.
00:16So that's what we are shooting today.
00:18Sir,
00:20when you talk about the show,
00:22I mean, the old shows,
00:24which are mythological and its shows,
00:26I mean,
00:28so those shows that
00:30are not coming to the show,
00:32so what do you attract the audience?
00:34How do you attract the audience?
00:36Honestly, I'm the worst person to ask this,
00:38because this is my first historical show.
00:40I haven't done it before.
00:42I think it's quite a challenge.
00:44Even in a historical,
00:46the biggest challenge is getting in and out of the outfit.
00:52I think that's the biggest challenge that I've faced.
00:56And of course language.
00:57But it's been a challenge,
00:59and it's been fun overcoming that challenge.
01:03So, no complaints.
01:05Sir,
01:06talking about costumes,
01:07like costumes,
01:08a different costume,
01:09or how do you want to tell the language?
01:11How do you want to tell the language?
01:13Language was a very difficult,
01:14because
01:15today,
01:16we don't talk about these things in life.
01:19The main problem is,
01:21when you can't improvise.
01:23So,
01:25when I came to the first day,
01:27I was strictly following the script.
01:29Because,
01:30to improvise,
01:31you have to be good with the current language.
01:34And I wasn't,
01:35honestly.
01:36It took me 2-3 days
01:37to get the hang of it.
01:38But yeah,
01:41I think that's been the biggest challenge.
01:44But once,
01:45when you're speaking the same language,
01:47generally,
01:48you start picking up.
01:49And
01:50my teammates have been
01:52of immense help.
01:54Especially Krishna.
01:56The one who plays Tenali.
02:01I don't know.
02:02How much time do you get to come out of the character?
02:03How many times do you get to come out of the character?
02:05Or
02:06I mean,
02:07because you're an English disabled.
02:08And
02:09You're a full
02:10fan of the disabled.
02:11So,
02:12you're talking about that character.
02:13And
02:14you're talking about the characters.
02:15In the background,
02:16you're talking about this.
02:17In the background,
02:18it's going to be a little bit of a bit.
02:19But,
02:20I think that's the same thing.
02:21When you start out,
02:22everything is new.
02:23And
02:24that's going to be a bit more.
02:26So,
02:27it's going to come out.
02:28But
02:29It's been more than a month, so I think I'm pretty okay with disconnecting.
02:34Do you want to ask a question?
02:36The show is a lot of time and then it's closed.
02:41What do you think about this show?
02:44What do you think about this show?
02:47Television mostly is ruled by TRP.
02:51That's something that is not in our control.
02:54I generally don't tend to think about TRPs,
02:58but eventually on a set where everybody is working towards one goal which is TRP,
03:04you kind of get amalgamated in the system, I guess.
03:13So, I like to believe as an actor it's not my prerogative.
03:18My job is to learn my lines and perform to the best of my ability.
03:25So I think that's what I do.
03:27I do.
03:28I don't tend to think of this.
03:29But yeah, having said that, I think TRP is one of the most, is the deciding factor for a show.
03:35Sir, one of the things I want to say is that after this show,
03:41when you do other shows, what does it mean?
03:45What does it mean?
03:47What does it mean?
03:48Honestly, after this show, when I do this show,
03:51when will it be the first time, because this is my first story.
03:54So, if you will meet again, I will tell you.
03:56Sir, one more thing.
03:57I will tell you that the last show, like Sazbi Kami Kauji, part 2 is coming,
04:02and there are some star casters and changes.
04:06So, do you think that audience is interested in seeing the show again?
04:11Honestly, I don't know, but I am sure Sazbi Kami Kauji has a lot of fans.
04:16And a lot of people will be quite joyful that it's coming back.
04:21And it's good in a way because it's nostalgia all over again.
04:26Sir, because of nostalgia from you,
04:29what would you feel like to watch inside the nostalgie?
04:32Do you feel like watching outside the nostalgie?
04:35I haven't seen anything.
04:39Actually, I have never seen it.
04:40Even when Sazbi started, we started working on it.
04:43I have never gotten attention to watching TV.
04:48Would you like to watch one show when you come?
04:51Mal Goody Days.
04:55Thank you so much for all the love and thank you for being with us in this for me at least
05:05in this new journey thank you thank you so much I think yeah I'm not a stranger to historical
05:19anymore yeah sure I would love to actually
