00:19planning application for the schedule monument for the new developer so what's
00:28going to be happening here what's it being transformed into so the structure is
00:33going to be converted to become a homes for communities and used to be they used
00:42to have the barracks they used to have the soldiers soldiers families children
00:48and it would be really nice to see that life and the family life come back to
00:53this place so how many homes are going to be here when it's complete so we have
00:5722 on the front casemates as a terrace house setting three but three levels and
01:06then four further at the back on the barrack building and what works been
01:11carried out already so far well a lot of the work was more like enabling work and
01:17understanding what the structure is made of and investigating how we can put things
01:23better so we set up utilize where we can put the new staircases we have access to all the
01:34levels now so it makes more use of the existing floor plan available you remove
01:40early 1900s additions where they buried the port all the way to their granite elevation and added
01:51concrete gun emplacements over the roof so we remove all those and we rebuild those arches
