00:01Hello, how y'all doing? I want to talk about a situation where people don't like to be team players.
00:09If you're part of a team or working, athletics, or anything, at school, projects, as a community in general,
00:24to succeed, you must work as a team. Because if you don't work as a team, then the community, the team, is not going to succeed.
00:35That's just like in relationships, marriage, friendships, just in general.
00:42And people don't realize that when you work as a team, you get more done.
00:46You know, you ain't just one. You know, it's not I and we and us and all that.
00:55So by working together, you got ideas. You know, not everything is just on one person.
01:01So, you know, it's a team effort. So by thinking you can accomplish more, get stuff more done, have more ideas, more, you know.
01:10So, and the thing about it is, it's not being stressed out.
01:15Because if you're by yourself and you're trying to figure out something, and, you know, it's work better when you got somebody motivating, y'all motivating each other.
01:26And a lot of people don't like to work on a team.
01:29But at the end of the day, being a team is going to get you more.
01:34Because companies may have a one-person idea, but it takes multiple people to keep this company functioning.
01:43And I just noticed that a lot of people just want to do their own thing and don't really care.
01:49And that's not the way.
01:50Because if you just think about yourself, when the team fall, we all fall.
01:59So if people don't sit there and realize that we need to work as a team.
02:03If you don't work as a team, you ain't going to go nowhere.
02:06You're not going to get no blessings.
02:07You ain't going to get no raise.
02:09You ain't going to get no satisfaction.
02:12Nothing.
02:13If you don't work as a team.
02:14And a lot of people got that twisted.
02:18You know, there's no I in team.
02:20Think about that.
02:21No I in team.
02:23So, for you to succeed in life, you need to work as a team.
02:29No matter what it is.
02:30No matter where you're at.
02:31You know, if you feel somebody is not working as a team, it's time to get them people out of your circle.
02:38Because all they're going to do is just make the whole, it's just going to break the link.
02:44You got to have a strong chain link.
02:46If you don't have a strong chain link, everything going to just deteriorate and just fall down like it ain't nothing.
02:53And a lot of people don't want to do that.
02:55So, with that said, please, work together as a team.
03:01Because that's the only way you're going to succeed.
03:03You know, everything is going to go down to hell.
03:07Because you ain't working as a team.
03:10Ain't doing what you need to do.
03:11And that truly matters.
03:14You know, working as a team.
03:15Because if you don't work as a team, you head into destruction.
03:20And, you know, I just, I just see it all the time.
03:28When people just not working as a team, they're always thinking about self and only thinking about their selves.
03:33And it leads to disasters.
03:36And it's had at least one person working, trying to do it all.
03:39And the other person just nonchalant about it.
03:42But, you know, that's how it is.
03:47And then when the team fails, the other person who ain't been putting in the most work in,
03:55is they ain't putting out work and trying to understand it.
03:58But if you were to help, maybe that team wouldn't have failed.
04:02You know, maybe you wouldn't have had all that negative notion in your mind and stuff.
04:06So, I just wanted to make this video to talk about how people need to work as a team.
04:13Because without working as a team, you ain't going to accomplish nothing.
