00:01The defense is now presenting their closing argument in the Diddy trial,
00:05saying there's no way the mogul is guilty of sex trafficking or racketeering,
00:09and the whole thing is really about Diddy's sex life.
00:12Mark Agnifolo basically indicated the prosecution is acting like bedroom police,
00:15examining Diddy's sex life and looking for dirt.
00:17What he's trying to do, it seems like, is strike fear into the hearts of the juror.
00:21That you could be next.
00:22That you could be next.
00:23He said, the crime scene is your private sex life.
00:26And by using your, he's getting into the minds of the jury that really look at this case and think,
00:31would you want these prosecutors and the feds nosing around in your business?
00:35Agnifolo also attempted to make Swiss cheese of the Rico charges and the Cassie video evidence.
00:41With Kid Cudi, he said burning Porsches is really not Diddy's style.
00:45He said he's a man who would fight him face to face.
00:48And they're not running away from the Cassie video.
00:50He says that is a horrible video of domestic violence, but my client is not charged with domestic violence.
00:55Did he get into baby oil?
00:56He did.
00:57He sort of clowned the prosecutors.
00:59He's like, at the end of the day, all they've gotten off the streets is a bunch of baby oil and astrogly.
01:03Bottom line, Diddy's defense says he's no sex trafficker.
01:06Just a dude who had lots of sex with women he was consensually dating.
01:10He was in an 11 year relationship with Cassie.
01:12He was in a long relationship with Jane, who testified under that pseudonym.
01:16And he said, by the way, when she testified, she went home to the house that he pays for.
01:20But what's really interesting about that element is that both sides are using it.
01:25The prosecution is saying that paying for things allows him to manipulate and coerce them.
01:31The defense is saying the women are getting something out of it and it's their choice.
01:36So it's like the same set of facts looked at two different ways.
01:39Yes, both the prosecution and the defense are trying to rush him on it.
01:43And if that doesn't make sense, your knowledge of Akira Kurosawa films is laughably feeble.
01:48Hang tight, people. We're close to the finish line here.
