00:00I guess you've all been out in the back and had a look. It's such a great property with so much potential.
00:06We've been talking about the garden out back, which has stepped all the way up.
00:10And it seems to me that that has potential for doing all sorts of things up there.
00:15You could grow your own, anything you like really, you know.
00:19Nobody would ever know.
00:21So, on the serious point, you know, this is so important that we've got Tabby Times right here, as you were saying, Joe.
00:31In town, visible, not out in some trading estate somewhere.
00:35Or worse, still being done by somebody in Glasgow on a computer.
00:39And I know, not just the reporters amongst you, using your shoe leather to go out there and find out what's going on.
00:47But also, the guys behind the scenes are very, very important.
00:51So, well done, everyone.
00:53How many years has it been now, Joe? How long has the paper been going?
00:57Oh, 1857.
01:00Let's hope that's another 100 years-ish.
01:04Something like that.
01:05So, I think with that, we're all open.
01:08Ready? Come on then.
01:10Could you do this too?
01:11No.
01:12I declare this lovely office.
