Anna Wintour steps down as editor-in-chief of Vogue after 37 Years -- reports
Numerous news outlets are reporting that Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour is stepping down from her post after 37 years. The renowned fashion editor reportedly made the announcement during a morning staff meeting this week. Vogue, often referred to as 'the fashion bible,' will replace Wintour, while she will continue in her role as Condé Nast’s global chief content officer and global editorial director, overseeing every brand globally. Wintour succeeded former editor-in-chief Grace Mirabella in 1988 and published her first edition in November of that year with model Michaela Bercu on the cover.
