00:04When I look back on my life, I don't know how I did it.
00:11We are going to see my friend Risa, who I've been filming since she was about 85.

00:25My secret to long life is my attitude.
00:28Anything I cannot change, I turn it around and count my blessing.
00:40I have a special book that I want to show you, that my grandfather gave me and wrote in it.
00:47And all the aunts, everybody wrote in that book.
00:52Of course, none of them are there anymore.
00:54They were all taken away by the Nazis and killed them.
01:05Whatever part of me this stuff is stored in, or any of the pain that my mom and dad have,
01:12I don't need to hold on to Holocaust pain, and yet I do.

01:30It doesn't stop when or because we hurt or when we're sad.
