Transcript
00:00Cassius was not just part of my life he was my future my family and my home
00:05the day he was taken from us is the day my world shattered he was murdered that truth
00:14is something i live with every single day it's not just the absence of his presence it's the
00:20silence where his laughter used to be the emptiness in moments we were supposed to share
00:27and the unbearable weight of knowing he didn't get to live the life that he deserved the pain is
00:34constant and the grief is immeasurable when Cassius was assaulted i asked him why he was going to look
00:45at a fight and because it's not Cassius to rock up at a fight and he said i was hoping to either talk
00:52them out of it or get them to have a fair fight so i think that's a testament to um Cassius and his
01:01mentorship and leadership well we don't hear that laugh no more that laugh was so loud he just the
01:09moment he walked into to a room you know the room changed and even when there was sadness going on
01:16Cassius had the knack of just you know making us laugh or just um getting us to look in a different
01:22direction um oh you could talk all day about Cassius and his values as a young man he's definitely an old soul
