00:20protect or create more than 7 million jobs add 3.1 percent to economic growth

00:26reduce taxes for the typical American by nearly 15 percent an increase take-home

00:32pay for the normal family of four by at least $13,000 and that takes place

00:37immediately that's not bad right look I'm looking at that guy back there right

00:41that's pretty good and if we had a person over at the Fed that would lower

00:47interest rates a little bit that would be helpful too it's hard to believe this

00:51is on top of you know we have to fight this guy he's not doing the job each

00:56point that he keeps it up is the equivalent of 300 billion dollars 300

01:03billion dollars so if he loaded to would save 600 billion dollars we have to

01:08work hard with cuts on that right that's a lot of cutting and this guy could do it

01:13so easily we don't have inflation well we might have inflation yeah and if you do

01:18you raise the rate a little bit that's okay paying a lot of money at least but

01:22would rather stop it we're doing a big job of that but would rather stop we're

01:27going to stop the largest tax hike and we're going to do that in history this

01:32would be if the bill doesn't pass there'll be a 68 percent tax increase

01:36think of that 68 percent which would be the largest in history by about 40 points

01:42and we'll make the Trump tax cuts permanent expand the child tax credit and we

01:48will deliver no tax on tips no tax on overtime and no tax on social security

01:54for our great seniors
