Dallas Goedert talked with Ryan Roberts and RB about the difficulties of this offseason, as his future was in doubt for a while, after spending his whole career with the Eagles.
00:00How difficult has it been kind of navigating the uncertainty, I would say, of this offseason, right?
00:05You go on an extended playoff run and you didn't know if you were going to be back.
00:09So what's that journey kind of been like this offseason?
00:12Yeah, you know, I was blessed seven years not having to worry about that in any offseasons.
00:17And being the first time, it was it was a lot more difficult than I expected.
00:21I respect all the players that are moving around year after year because, you know, it was it was a whole array of motions.
00:29You know, at first it was sad you're leaving and then it was excited about going to the newest city and that experience.
00:36But, you know, my ultimate goal was to be back with the Eagles.
00:40Everything worked out to get me back. So I just put all that behind me.
00:45Now I'm super excited to go out there and, you know, have a really good season, have the opportunity to run it back, go back to back would be pretty sweet.
00:53But it was it was a fun offseason. It was a good offseason with the team.
00:57And, you know, I think we're making strides towards the right direction.
