Jon Rahm looks ahead to next month's Open Championship at Royal Portrush and calls it a unique links course.
Transcript
00:00I like Royal Portrush. Last Open there I did well. I played a British Ham there and had nothing but a good experience.
00:09It's a bit of a unique Lynx, because you don't usually have elevation changes in Lynx golf.
00:16And it's not that it's massive, but that first hole you have anywhere between a wedge to a 7-iron with a massive Alps Open, massive crosswinds.
00:24That's not something you usually see. It's not something you usually get to practice in Lynx golf.
00:30Usually it's perfectly flat, and it's other elements to worry about.
00:35So that's what makes Portrush, to me, a little bit more special.
00:39It's a fantastic golf course where, like every other major, you have to do everything well.
00:45I've been lucky enough to play well in Ireland and Northern Ireland, so I'm hoping that can carry on over into a major championship as well.
