At least two people have died and 17 have been injured in violent storms across France

which toppled trees and flooded the streets of Paris on Wednesday.

The victims include a 12-year-old boy who fell into a river in the Tarn-et-Garonne area,

which is north of Toulouse, as well as a 59-year-old man who was struck by a tree

Meanwhile, the National Assembly suspended their session as the Prime Minister was speaking due to the roof leaking.
