00:00Wu Sol was the perfect student. Quiet, polite, aced all his tests, and lived a low-key life,
00:06but everyone respected him. Life was smooth sailing, until a new kid named Siok Chan showed
00:11up. The teacher introduced him as the national high school boxing champion, and the class was
00:15instantly awestruck. Except for Wu Sol, whose face went pale as a ghost. He looked like he'd
00:21seen a demon. As soon as the teacher left, Siok Chan started making a power play, roughing up some
00:26of the tougher kids to establish his dominance. Then, he turned his attention to Wu Sol. The class
00:31president tried to intervene, but Siok Chan slapped her aside. Wu Sol pleaded with him to stop, but the
00:37beating continued. It turned out Siok Chan had bullied Wu Sol relentlessly throughout middle school,
00:42which explained Wu Sol's terror. Wu Sol collapsed to the floor, his consciousness fading. Just then,
00:48a pen on the floor caught his eye. Instinctively, he reached for it, a flicker of defiance in his eyes.
00:54Siok Chan, still sneering, taunted him. Go ahead, stab me. I dare you. Right here. In a moment of
01:01desperation, fueled by years of pent-up fear and humiliation, Wu Sol jabbed the pen into Siok
01:07Chan's eye. The class froze in horror, as Siok Chan screamed in agony, clutching his face.
01:13Because the injury was permanent, Wu Sol's actions weren't considered self-defense. He was sentenced to
01:18three years in juvenile detention, as his mother wept bitterly. The bright future of a promising
01:23student vanished like a soap bubble. On the bus to the detention center, there was one guy in the
01:28back that everyone avoided like the plague. Wu Sol's seat was taken by a loudmouth with bleached
01:33blonde hair, forcing him to sit next to the intimidating figure. When the man turned to
01:37look at him, Wu Sol flinched, shrinking back in fear. At the detention center, they were stripped of
01:42their belongings and given prison uniforms. The blonde guy, Owl, who had stolen Wu Sol's seat on the bus,
01:48suddenly tried to make nice, asking what Wu Sol was in for. When Wu Sol mumbled something about
01:54attempted murder, Owl instantly backed off, apologizing for the earlier incident and claiming
01:59his own crime was kind of similar. Later, during introductions to the other inmates, it turned out
02:05Owl was in for petty theft. Two seasoned inmates, both sporting buzz cuts, laid down the law of the land.
02:12Hierarchy was everything, and fists determined who was on top. If you couldn't fight, you had to stay
02:17quiet, be invisible, and avoid attention at all costs. The prison was divided. One side was led
02:23by Sang Hyob, a former national judo champion with serious fighting skills. The other side belonged to
02:29Won Jun, a massive imposing figure who used his size to intimidate. And then there was Sung Yong,
02:35the leader of the dessert crew. Small and unassuming, but with a kick that could reportedly crack skulls.
02:41This juvenile detention center was a microcosm of society. A brutal jungle where everyone was vying for
02:46power by any means necessary. Recently, Won Jun and Sung Yong, two of the prison's top dogs,
02:52teamed up to pull a fast one. They staged a fake fight, pretending Sang Hyob, another powerful inmate
02:58and their main rival, had attacked them to steal their cigarettes. Sang Hyob was thrown into solitary
03:03confinement, leaving them free to rule the roost. However, there was one inmate who belonged to no
03:09faction and whom everyone avoided. Someone, even the three combined top dogs, wouldn't dare mess with.
03:14That was Doo Hyun, the intimidating figure who sat next to Woo Sol on the bus. It turned out,
03:20Doo Hyun was a legend in Korean martial arts, the youngest MMA world champion, a rising star.
03:26On the fateful day, he stepped out of the ring with a gold medal. He called his mother and younger
03:30sister, promising a huge celebration dinner. But when he opened his front door, his world shattered.
03:36A birthday cake sat untouched on the table, surrounded by a pool of blood. Doo Hyun frantically
03:41searched the house, only to find his mother and sister lying lifeless in the crimson puddle.
03:45His sister's last word, a whispered,
03:47Appa, echoed in his ears. Suddenly, someone choked him from behind. But they'd chosen the wrong guy to
03:53mess with. In a flash, Doo Hyun reversed the hold, snapping the attacker's leg like a twig.
03:59The sight of his mother fueled his rage. He pulverized the second attacker's face.
04:04A third lunged at him with a knife. Ignoring the wound, Doo Hyun unleashed a fury of blows,
04:08each punch a lament for his lost family. The three intruders died on the spot.
04:13Doo Hyun was convicted of manslaughter. Back in the present, a prison soccer game quickly devolved
04:18into a brawl, leaving two players writhing in pain. Woo Sol and all were dragged onto the field as
04:24replacements. Minutes later, during a scuffle between the two top dogs, the ball landed at Woo
04:29Sol's feet. He clumsily kicked it straight into Won Joon's prized possession, his crotch. He was in
04:34serious trouble now. Woo Sol was immediately dragged off to a secluded corner by Won Joon's crew.
04:40The memories of past beatings flooded back, memories he desperately wanted to erase. Just as he thought
04:45he was doomed, he saw a familiar figure walking by. Doo Hyun, the legendary fighter. Woo Sol lunged
04:52towards him like a drowning man reaching for a lifeline. Please help me. He begged, his eyes pleading.
04:57Doo Hyun calmly told the others to back off. Enraged, Won Joon yelled at Doo Hyun, accusing him of playing the
05:04hero when he was a killer himself. He charged, but Doo Hyun effortlessly dodged the attack,
05:09delivering a swift warning blow. The second punch knocked him unconscious. Woo Sol watched in awe,
05:15like he was witnessing a superhero step out of the TV screen. But real life wasn't a movie.
05:20From that day on, Won Joon added Woo Sol to his hit list, marking him as prey. All sitting beside him,
05:27could only shake his head and advise him to apologize profusely.
05:30One day, Woo Sol had a visitor. It was Seok Chan. His right eye was now permanently blind.
05:37His education interrupted. His boxing career over. He'd rather be dead. Woo Sol stammered an apology,
05:43but Seok Chan's gaze remained icy. When you get out, he hissed. I'll make your life a living hell.
05:49Despite Woo Sol's tearful pleas, Seok Chan muttered about unforgiveness and turned away,
05:54leaving Woo Sol consumed by dread. In prison, he was tormented. Outside, an enemy awaited. Woo Sol was
06:01consumed by anxiety, unable to sleep. The detention center had an unspoken rule. Every inmate had to
06:07offer a carton of milk daily to the top dog, as a sign of loyalty. Woo Sol brought his milk to
06:13Doo Hyun. But when the older man asked if something was wrong, Woo Sol hesitated, unable to articulate his
06:19fear. The next day, he brought milk again. But Doo Hyun refused it, telling him not to bring any more.
06:25Woo Sol followed him, summoning the courage to ask Doo Hyun to teach him how to fight.
06:29I want to be strong like you, he pleaded. Doo Hyun immediately refused, worried Woo Sol would
06:35seek revenge and commit more violence. But Woo Sol explained he only wanted a peaceful life.
06:40Before, I just wanted to hide because I didn't want to be beaten. I only knew how to submit.
06:44I always blame myself for being so weak and useless. I felt like my existence was a mistake.
06:50But now, I don't want to run anymore. Woo Sol's heartfelt words moved, Doo Hyun.
06:55I'll agree, on one condition. He said, run 100 laps around the yard in 40 minutes.
07:00If you can do it, I'll train you. Woo Sol, a bookworm with little athletic experience,
07:06was soon gasping for breath. His vision blurring, his legs wobbling. By lap 50 he was completely exhausted,
07:12fueled only by painful memories. He gritted his teeth, dragging himself to lap 70, then collapsed,
07:19vomiting, ready to give up. But the memories surged back, vivid and cruel. He remembered
07:24Siok Chan holding him in a chokehold, refusing to let him go to the bathroom, until he wet himself
07:29in front of the entire class, then forcing him to lick it up. Woo Sol staggered to his feet,
07:34his limbs trembling. The 40 minutes were up, but as his tormentor's face flashed in his mind,
07:39his legs propelled him forward. Driven by relentless rage, he crossed the final lap and
07:45collapsed into Doo Hyun's arms. Thanks to Doo Hyun's connection with the warden, Woo Sol was transferred
07:50to his cell. Doo Hyun immediately put him through a physical assessment. Watching Woo Sol's pathetic
07:55push-up form, he sighed. Woo Sol's results were disastrous. 21 push-ups, 32 sit-ups, and zero pull-ups.
08:03From tomorrow, Doo Hyun declared,
08:05You add one rep each day, starting now. If you can't do it, you go back to your old cell.
08:11Woo Sol strained with all his might, finally managing one shaky pull-up. Thus began the
08:15grueling training. The first few days, a handful of push-ups left him flattened, his punches and
08:21kicks powerless. But under Doo Hyun's strict guidance, Woo Sol trained relentlessly, day in and day out.
08:28Rain or shine, his punches gained force, and his kicks on the heavy bag became more precise.
08:33Doo Hyun encouraged him to eat more, reminding him that eating was also part of training.
08:38At first, the other inmates scoffed at Woo Sol's efforts. But soon, muscles began to ripple beneath
08:43his skin. His limbs grew stronger. His punches gained speed and power. Doo Hyun escalated the training to
08:49include taking hits. Every punch, every fall, was a step forward. Gradually, the weak, timid Woo Sol
08:55transformed into a fighter. At night, after lights out, he continued to train. After completing 1,000
09:01punches, he turned to find Doo Hyun had fallen asleep. I'm done. Woo Sol whispered. Doo Hyun,
09:07having not witnessed the final reps, didn't count them. He made Woo Sol start over. Dejected,
09:13Seok Chan wandered the streets. A car behind him honked incessantly, but he didn't move.
09:18Annoyed, the gangsters inside hurled insults. Without a word, Seok Chan walked up and kicked the
09:23side mirror, shattering it. Two men jumped out, ready to teach him a lesson. But he unleashed a flurry of
09:29punches, leaving them groaning in pain. Woo Yong, the gang's boss, witnessed the impressive display
09:35and offered Seok Chan a job. Seok Chan flipped him the bird. Noticing Seok Chan's blind right eye,
09:42Woo Yong bet he could slap the left side of his face before he could react. He did, proving his street
09:47smarts. I can use your talent. Woo Yong said, I'll make you even stronger. Back in prison, Woo Sol studied
09:54while doing squats, much to Ahl's surprise. Training for a showdown with Won Joon. He asked,
10:00No. Woo Sol replied, I'm just tired of being weak. Ahl then delivered bad news. Doo Hyun was being
10:06transferred. Apparently, inmates over 23 were moved to an adult prison. Doo Hyun simply told Woo Sol to
10:12train harder, as their time was running short. Later that day, Woo Sol saw Ahl being beaten and
10:17intervened. The attackers tried to gang up on him. But Woo Sol was no longer the pushover they
10:22remembered. He used just enough force to rescue his friend. Later, Won Joon's lackeys summoned him
10:27to the carpentry workshop. Facing the hulking Won Joon, Woo Sol apologized for hitting his men,
10:33explaining they had attacked his friend first. Won Joon ignored him and threw a punch.
10:38Woo Sol dodged the second and retaliated. Won Joon was tough, his blows landing like sledgehammers,
10:43tackling Woo Sol to the ground. But Woo Sol fought back, landing a kick to Won Joon's head.
10:48It had no effect. Won Joon slammed him down like a punching bag, his attacks growing fiercer,
10:54while Woo Sol's counterattacks lacked power. He was cornered and took a brutal punch to the face.
11:00Everyone thought he was down for the count, but Woo Sol staggered to his feet. Taking another blow to
11:05the face, he mustered all his strength and headbutted Won Joon, sending him sprawling. Not wasting a
11:10second, Woo Sol unleashed a barrage of punches, returning every blow he'd received. Just then,
11:16Do Hoon appeared stopping him. His firm gaze seemed to say, don't follow my path. Elsewhere,
11:22Woo Sol's old enemy, Seok Chan, was now a ruthless mercenary. Woo Yong's right-hand man. Despite his
11:28victory over Won Joon, Woo Sol didn't rest. He continued his rigorous training under Do Hoon's
11:33watchful eye. One day, he received a better meal than usual, and was allowed to spar with Do Hoon.
11:39He clearly held back, prompting Do Hoon to snap, fight with everything you have. Yet, in their next
11:44session, Woo Sol's fist stopped inches from Do Hoon's face. You can't hesitate. Do Hoon scolded.
11:51The moment you think you're winning and let your guard down is the moment you'll be defeated.
11:55Understand. It was their last training session. Do Hoon was being transferred to the adult prison.
12:00Your greatest strength, Woo Sol, Do Hoon said, is your resilience, your ability to endure hardship.
12:06He pointed to an analogy. You know about sharks, right? They don't have swim bladders. If they stop
12:11swimming, even for a moment, they sink. You have to live like a shark, kid. Never stop swimming.
12:17Their farewell wasn't filled with hugs or tears. Just a small, meaningful smile. Yet it left a gaping
12:23hole in Woo Sol's heart. After Do Hoon's departure, Woo Sol continued training, silently pushing himself a
12:29little harder each day. Like a small shark learning to stay afloat. An inmate recently released from Woo
12:34Sol's block was now working for Seok Chan. He bragged about how Do Hoon had trained Woo Sol to become a shark.
12:41Instead of exploding in anger, Seok Chan simply smirked and urged him to continue.
12:46Back in prison, before Woo Sol could fully process Do Hoon's leaving, Sung Young challenged him to a
12:51fight. The loser would serve the winner for the remainder of their sentence. Woo Sol didn't care
12:55about status. He agreed to fight on one condition. Sung Young had to stop bullying the weaker inmates.
13:01Sung Young refused and delivered a warning kick. Returning to his old cell block, Woo Sol encountered
13:07Sang Hyob, recently released from solitary confinement. Trying to take my spot, Sang Hyob challenged.
13:13Woo Sol's unexpected reply, not interested, left Sang Hyob speechless. But I heard you were a fight-crazed
13:20lunatic, he muttered, confused. Five days flew by. The fight with Sung Young was imminent. With tensions
13:27running high, Seok Chan visited Woo Sol. He snarled threats while casually snapping the fingers of one of
13:32his underlings. Like a pretzel stick. You training to fight me. He taunted. I'm looking forward to it.
13:39This time, Woo Sol didn't flinch, didn't cower, didn't look away. Meanwhile, Sung Young, assuming Woo Sol
13:45wouldn't show, taunted Sang Hyob. Surprisingly, Sang Hyob responded with a philosophical musing.
13:50What's the point of constant fighting? Even if you were trash before, you don't have to stay trash forever.
13:56Right. Before he could finish his life lesson, Woo Sol arrived. His expression cold and resolute.
14:02Without a word, Sung Young launched a furious attack. His lightning-fast kicks rained down on
14:07Woo Sol. Woo Sol caught one of the kicks, sweeping Sung Young's leg and sending him crashing to the
14:13floor. He pounced, raining down punches. Sung Young countered, slamming Woo Sol down and delivering a
14:19brutal kick to his face. Everyone thought it was over, but Woo Sol staggered back up. While not a skilled
14:24fighter, he possessed incredible resilience. He blocked a kick and unleashed a series of punches to
14:30Sung Young's thigh, causing him to scream in pain. Then, Woo Sol leaped forward, locking Sung Young in a
14:36chokehold. His legs wrapped tightly around him, preventing escape. The onlookers feared he would
14:41kill Sung Young. Only when a guard appeared did Woo Sol release his grip. He was thrown into solitary
14:46confinement. But he continued to train, knowing the real fight was still ahead. After that fight,
14:52the prison's power players realized Woo Sol was becoming a true shark. The best way to survive was to
14:57leave him alone. The constant fighting ceased, and an unusual peace settled over the prison.
15:02All grew increasingly respectful. Everyone thought Woo Sol would lose, but he persevered.
15:07You're pretty badass, he admitted. Sung Young and Won Joon even became friendly with Woo Sol,
15:13bonding over their shared prison experience. For good behavior, Woo Sol was released early. He asked the
15:19warden's permission to visit the yard, where he had trained with Do Hyun one last time. He silently
15:23thanked his mentor, and reminisced about the unforgettable days they'd spent there.
15:28Stepping out in his old school uniform, Woo Sol barely had a moment to breathe before his old
15:32nemesis, Seok Chan, appeared. The long-awaited showdown had begun. From the opening bell, Woo Sol was
15:39pummeled like a punching bag. Seok Chan was no longer a school bully, he was a seasoned street fighter.
15:44As he landed blow after blow, Seok Chan taunted Woo Sol, reminding him how his mother had begged for mercy,
15:50like a dog. When Woo Sol finally landed a punch, Seok Chan went into a frenzy, unleashing a barrage of
15:57blows, culminating in a knee to the gut and a haymaker. As he fell, Woo Sol remembered Do Hyun's
16:03words. Sharks never stopped swimming. His fighting spirit reignited, he scrambled back up, trading blows
16:09with Seok Chan. He unleashed the corkscrew punch, a self-defense technique Do Hyun had taught him.
16:14It connected with Seok Chan's left eye. Seok Chan roared in fury, but Woo Sol knocked him down.
16:21Both were exhausted. The fight became a test of endurance. Seok Chan's willpower was no match
16:26for Woo Sol's. He finally surrendered. Woo Sol walked away, leaving Seok Chan seething in defeat.
16:32After recovering, Woo Sol's first stop was the prison to visit Do Hyun. Do Hyun was delighted to see him,
16:38but Woo Sol had a bone to pick.
16:39Have you ever actually seen a shark? He asked. Uh, yeah, on TV. I went to the aquarium to see the
16:45sharks. Woo Sol explained. And guess what? They barely swim around at all. You said sharks swim
16:52constantly, even when they sleep. But I saw them resting just fine. Really? That's weird. Do Hyun admitted,
16:58perplexed. Three months after the fight with Seok Chan, life outside prison wasn't easy for Woo Sol.
17:04Ex-convicts faced prejudice and discrimination. He and his prison friends relied on each other for
17:09support. Woo Sol continued to train. Sung Yong started a pizza delivery business.
17:14Won Joon worked construction while studying for his ged, aiming for college.
17:19Sang Hyab returned to his judo training. They vowed never to give up, despite the stigma of their past.
17:24They were determined to leave it behind and move forward. Visiting Do Hyun, Woo Sol shared some good
17:29news. He'd landed a job at a gym. It was just grunt work. But the free room and board saved him rent
17:35money. He was training hard, dreaming of becoming a fighter. He knew it wouldn't be easy. But sharks
17:41never stopped swimming. Do Hyun was worried. Woo Sol was still young and inexperienced. And with a
17:47dangerous enemy like Seok Chan out there, he needed to be extra careful. Don't let your emotions cloud
17:52your judgment. He warned. Work hard. I'll be rooting for you. Back at the gym, Woo Sol was mopping floors,
17:59when a cocky blonde fighter with a brutal sparring style frustrated the trainers. He fought like he was
18:04trying to kill someone, scaring off all his sparring partners. Desperate, the trainer pointed at Woo Sol.
18:10The blonde sneered. You're gonna be my punching bag. He scoffed. Hey, if you beat a pro fighter, maybe
18:16they'll promote you to contender. As soon as he stepped into the ring, Woo Sol dodged the blonde
18:21fighter's first aggressive lunge. The trainers tossed him protective gear. But he only took the gloves, waving
18:27off the headgear. The blonde, enraged, attacked relentlessly. A flurry of wild punches and kicks.
18:32At first, Woo Sol focused on defense, absorbing the blows. Then, spotting an opening, he countered.
18:38His fists connecting with fiery impact. The gym fell silent. The blonde fighter howled in pain.
18:44He had a big fight that night. The gym owner, furious, berated Woo Sol. And ordered Sang Hyob to
18:50fire him immediately. It turned out the blonde fighter, Song Wol, competed in an illegal fighting
18:55ring called F. O. G. The matches were live-streamed on a private app with betting allowed.
19:01Only select VIP guests attended in person. The afternoon match had just ended, and the
19:06main event, featuring F. O. G. S. top fighter, Song Wol, was about to begin. His opponent was
19:13a hulking giant of a man. But with an injured hand, Song Wol had vanished. Panicked, the staff
19:19rushed to inform the owner. An announcement boomed through the system. A special fighter would
19:24replace Song Wol. All bets were reset. Before the new fighter was revealed, a special offer
19:29flashed across the screen. All bets would be paid out tenfold. Regardless of the outcome,
19:35the giant, unsure of who he'd be facing, began to tremble. Finally, the mystery fighter
19:39was revealed. Chairman Hu Yong. The mastermind behind F. O. G. And the same man who had recruited
19:46Siok Chan. Woo Yong's reputation was so formidable that those who'd bet on the giant paled. To ensure
19:52fairness. A special rule was announced. The giant only had to last 30 seconds to win.
19:58Despite this, most bets poured in for Woo Yong. As he entered the ring, he patted the giant
20:03reassuringly. Don't worry, he said. I'll pay off your debts. The fight began. The giant took a
20:09crushing blow to the ribs, followed by two spinning kicks to the face. And a final, devastating hammer
20:15fist. He was down in ten seconds. But Woo Yong wasn't finished. We still have 20 seconds left,
20:21he announced. The next morning, Woo Sol saw Won Joon dejectedly returning money to a man with a
20:26crutch. It turned out Won Joon had been a debt collector before prison. He'd once pushed a
20:31debtor so hard the man jumped from a building, breaking his leg. Won Joon, filled with remorse,
20:36tried to apologize, but he couldn't undo the damage. Later that day, Woo Sol met up with his prison
20:41buddies. Sang Hyub couldn't make it. Won Joon was still down, but Woo Sol's optimism lifted his spirits.
20:47Sung Yong and Won Joon immediately started bickering. Won Joon kept racking up unpaid tabs at Sung
20:53Yong's pizza place. During their argument, Sung Yong let slip that Won Joon had a beautiful younger
20:59sister. Then, they demanded Woo Sol judge who was more handsome. You're both good-looking in your way.
21:04He diplomatically replied. Just as Woo Sol was starting to get a headache, Ji Hee, his childhood
21:09friend and Won Joon's ged tutor, arrived. While the other two continued their banter, she downed her drink
21:15in one gulp. The four friends raised their glasses in a cheerful toast. Sung Yong noticed Woo Sol,
21:21staring dreamily at Ji Hee. Suddenly, Woo Yong slammed his car to a stop, strode aggressively
21:26across the street, and entered Sung Yong's pizza shop. You Woo Sol, he demanded, fight me.
21:33Three hours earlier, Woo Yong had ordered his men to bring Song Wul, his girlfriend, and his manager to a
21:39large yacht. When Woo Yong arrived by speedboat, the three were already kneeling, their faces ashen.
21:44Song Wul, battered and bruised, trembled at the sight of Woo Yong. My men tell me you skipped your
21:50fight because of a wrist injury. Who did this to you? Woo Yong demanded. A janitor, at the gym,
21:55Woo Sol. Song Wul stammered. A janitor, not a fighter. Woo Yong raised an eyebrow. Don't worry,
22:02tonight's fight is taken care of. Song Wul, relieved, promised it wouldn't happen again.
22:07Woo Yong's expression darkened. There won't be a next time, he said coldly. He turned to Song Wul's
22:12girlfriend and his manager. Who do you trust more? If you had to trust someone with your life,
22:17who would it be? Song Wul chose his manager. He's like a brother to me, he explained. Well,
22:23a cousin, actually. The manager looked terrified. If you can keep quiet for 10 seconds, Woo Yong told
22:29the manager. I'll let your cousin live. The manager's screams pierced the air before Woo Yong had even
22:34finished speaking. Song Wul frantically pleaded for mercy, but all three were thrown overboard.
22:39Woo Yong's men reported that the janitor who injured Song Wul was the same person who had
22:44blinded Seok Chan. Woo Yong also knew about Seok Chan's failed revenge attempt in prison.
22:49Seok Chan immediately sought out Woo Yong. Let me fight him, he pleaded. Woo Yong had no idea the
22:55storm he was about to unleash. As Ji Hee left work, Woo Yong called, instructing her to text him when she
23:01got home. You're acting like my boyfriend, she teased. Just then, a pregnant woman dropped her bag.
23:07Ji Hee rushed to help, carrying the bag to the woman's car at her request. Suddenly, everything
23:12went wrong. Are you Joon Ji Hee? A voice growled. Before she could react, a muscular man clamped a
23:19hand over her mouth and carried her to a van with the markings of a psychiatric hospital.
23:24At the gym, which was closed for the day, Woo Sol sparred with Sang Hyab. Won Joon and Sung Yong
23:29arrived to watch. They had been sparring for over an hour. The kids really groan. Won Joon remarked,
23:35Thanks to him, we're living honest lives now. Inside the van, the woman ripped off a fake
23:40pregnancy belly and ordered her accomplice to tie Ji Hee's hands and feet. Ji Hee grabbed a fire
23:46extinguisher, smashed it against the man's face, and lunged for the door. She was almost free when
23:51the woman kicked her back inside. After his sparring session, Woo Sol found Won Joon and Sung Yong waiting.
23:57What are you doing here? He asked. My business went bankrupt. Sung Yong announced dramatically.
24:03Bankrupt? Don't jinx me. Won Joon protested. Before they could argue further, Sang Hyab joined them,
24:10asking Sung Yong about his business. As they joked around, Woo Sol received a video call from Ji Hee.
24:15He answered, but instead of Ji Hee's face, he heard her panicked cries and the sounds of a struggle.
24:21He tried calling back, but no one answered. He remembered his encounter with Woo Yong.
24:25I'm the one who pays Seok Chan. Woo Yong had said,
24:28Work for me. You'll make a fortune. You want to get ahead? I can make it happen. With your record,
24:35I'm the only one who can help you. Woo Sol had firmly refused. I'm not interested. I'm not Seok Chan.
24:41I decide my own path. Earlier that day, after knocking out a driver who'd cut him off,
24:46Woo Sol had been approached by Ji Hee. Concern for the unconscious man. Woo Sol grinned.
24:51Your boyfriend? He teased. Now, realizing Woo Yong was behind Ji Hee's abduction,
24:57he prepared to rush off and find him. But Won Joon stopped him. Calm down. If you go alone,
25:03you're walking into a trap. Sung Yong called the police. But they said they couldn't intervene
25:08without more information. Suddenly, a text message popped up on Woo Sol's phone. Construction site.
25:13The four friends piled into Sung Yong's beat-up delivery van and sped off. At the site,
25:18they split up to search. But there was no sign of Ji Hee. Then, Woo Sol spotted her car keys in a
25:23puddle. He called her phone. Faintly hearing the ringtone coming from inside an abandoned building.
25:28Without hesitation, he rushed inside. Ji Hee was being held captive by two burly men. One of whom
25:34she had hit with a fire extinguisher in the van. He was about to retaliate when Woo Sol burst in.
25:39Without a word, Woo Sol launched himself into the air, delivering two knockout punches. He quickly
25:45untied Ji Hee. But she urged him to run. Before he could understand why, a gang of thugs armed with
25:50pipes and bats swarmed the building. Bringing up the rear was the woman with the fake pregnancy belly.
25:56The fish has taken the bait. She smirked. Signaling her men to attack and then calling Woo Yong.
26:01We've got Woo Sol. She reported. We have three of the four. The other two are missing.
26:06Woo Yong's voice crackled over the phone. Three is enough. Woo Sol and his friends were hooded
26:11and dragged into a van. Sung Yong and Sung Hyob, arriving just as the van sped away, gave chase.
26:18Woo Sol and his friends were repeatedly shocked with tasers until they passed out. When Woo Sol woke
26:23up, he was strapped to a chair, facing Woo Yong. Where are my friends? He demanded.
26:29Woo Yong ignored the question. Feigning politeness and asking about his well-being, Woo Sol's patience
26:34snapped. I don't care. Where are my friends? Woo Yong pressed a knife to his throat. Do you know how
26:40they train child soldiers in Africa? He asked, chillingly. They blindfold them, put a gun in
26:45their hand, and make them shoot. When they take off the blindfold and see the blood, the bodies,
26:50they're traumatized. After that, they're obedient as puppies. He gestured to two figures tied up
26:55behind him. Put yourself in that child's place. Choose who dies. Whoever you choose dies, the other
27:01lives, or, he continued, if that's too hard, choose who you want to save. They have nothing to do with
27:07this. Please let them go. Woo Sol begged. Damn, you're ruining my fun. Woo Yong complained. He
27:13was interrupted by a phone call, and handed Woo Sol over to his associate, the woman in the yellow
27:18suit. If he tries anything, kill them both. He ordered. The woman taunted Woo Sol, ordering her
27:24men to film everything. She gave him 10 seconds to decide, then started a timer. Woo Sol thrashed
27:30against his restraints, even falling to the floor, but it was no use. If you don't choose,
27:35they both die. She reminded him. Ji Hee. Won Jun. What am I supposed to do? Woo Sol agonized.
27:42I don't know what to do. The timer reached zero. The woman coldly plunged the knife into Won Jun's
27:47stomach. Remember this moment. She hissed, raising the knife again. But the first blow had accidentally
27:53cut Won Jun's bonds. He grabbed the knife, throwing the woman to the floor. Her accomplice attacked,
27:59but Won Jun swiftly took him down. The woman lunged again, but Won Jun seized the knife, punching her
28:04unconscious. He quickly freed Ji Hee and Woo Sol. One little knife isn't going to stop me. He quipped.
28:10The three fled through the maze-like building, dodging guards at every turn. The woman in yellow
28:15regained consciousness, sounded the alarm, and ordered her men to capture them. If you don't
28:20bring them back, she raged. You're all dead. Surrounded by thugs, Woo Sol and Won Jun fought like
28:27cornered animals, but they were outnumbered and began to tire. Won Jun took repeated blows to his wound,
28:32while Woo Sol was choked from behind. Ji Hee's timely intervention turned the tide,
28:37but their escape was short-lived. Another wave of thugs appeared. Bleeding profusely,
28:42Won Jun urged Woo Sol to escape with Ji Hee. I'll hold them off, he said, grabbing a metal pipe and
28:48bracing himself for a final stand. Woo Sol and Ji Hee made it to the basement, only to be confronted by
28:53another group. Just then, Sung Yong and Sang Hyob arrived like guardian angels, swiftly dispatching the
28:59thugs. They rushed to find Won Jun, only to discover he had single-handedly taken down the
29:04remaining attackers. You guys are late, he chuckled. But I still got it. They piled into
29:09the van and sped away, breaking through the encircling thugs. They then realized the severity
29:14of Won Jun's wound. He was bleeding heavily. He pulled out a notebook containing a list of people
29:19he had wronged. Make sure they get my apologies. He gasped. And, I'm sorry, Woo Sol. I couldn't,
29:26die, like a piece of trash. He breathed his last in Woo Sol's arms. Days earlier, Woo Sol had seen
29:32Won Jun attempting to apologize to someone, only to be rejected. He'd offered Won Jun some words of
29:38comfort. And Won Jun had shown him the notebook with 31 names. People he needed to apologize to.
29:44I don't even remember some of their faces. He'd confessed. But I'll sincerely apologize.
29:49Whether they forgive me or not is up to them. Maybe they need time, just like me.
29:53Thanks, Woo Sol. He'd added. You've given me courage. They'd then resumed their usual playful
29:58banter. Now, it was just a memory. Woo Sol stood numbly before Won Jun's memorial photo,
30:04consumed by guilt. Suddenly, a young woman rushed forward and slapped him hard.
30:09You're Woo Sol. She cried. Where were you when Won Jun died, you bastard? Why is he dead? And you're
30:15still alive. Bring him back. It was Won Jun's younger sister, Yeon Jin. Woo Sol collapsed to his knees,
30:21apologizing. He didn't need anyone to tell him. He was already blaming himself.
30:26Yeon Jin stood before Won Jun's photo, weeping and cursing him. Woo Sol couldn't forgive himself.
30:32I shouldn't have refused. He muttered. I should have worked for them. If it wasn't for me,
30:37Won Jun wouldn't be dead. I killed him. I should be the one dead. Sung Yong exploded.
30:43It's not your fault. He yelled. Won Jun said you were the first person to make him feel like a human
30:48being. You inspired him to study for his ged, to apologize to the people he hurt. If you keep
30:53blaming yourself, how can he rest in peace? Yeon Jin listened, absorbing everything. She began to
30:59understand the bond between Woo Sol and her brother. Meanwhile, Ji Hee, talking to her mother on the
31:04phone, was bumped by a man with a scarred face. Suspicious, she followed him. He met with a detective
31:10in charge of Won Jun's case, threatened him, and then forced him to take a call from Woo Yong's right-hand
31:16man. They agreed to pin the blame on someone, in exchange for a hefty bribe. Ji Hee immediately
31:21informed Sung Yong and Sang Hyab. It was clear, the police were on Woo Yong's payroll. Just then,
31:27a condolence wreath from Woo Yong arrived. Sung Yong, enraged, smashed it into pieces.
31:32Screw the police, he roared. We'll handle this ourselves. He prepared to storm out and find Woo Yong,
31:38but Sang Hyab restrained him. Their argument escalated until Ji Hee yelled at them to stop.
31:43Woo Sol opened Won Jun's notebook, his eyes falling on the last page. He was on the list of people Won
31:49Jun wanted to apologize to. A few short lines, but enough to make his heart ache.
31:54My strong, capable friend Woo Sol. Let's stay friends forever. The rain fell like tears.
31:59Woo Sol clenched his fists, whispering a final goodbye, and steeled his resolve. Those responsible
32:05for Won Jun's death would pay. But this time, they would have a plan. Unexpectedly,
32:10Yeon Jin asked to join them. To be accepted, she had to pass a test. She proceeded to single-handedly
32:16take down all three men, knocking them out with effortless precision. She was a force to be reckoned
32:21with. Looking at Won Jun's picture, their faces hardened with determination. Even if a storm comes,
32:27they vowed, we won't stop. Their first priority was finding evidence. Ji Hee remembered the woman
32:32filming the events. There had to be a recording somewhere. Yeon Jin volunteered to pose as a delivery
32:38driver and infiltrate Woo Yong's headquarters. Sung Yong rigged a package with cameras on all sides.
32:44Addressing it to the broadcasting room, security would be tight. They attached Woo Yong's business
32:48card, which he'd given to Woo Sol, to the package. The guards, assuming it was for their boss,
32:53let it through without question. The team monitored the cameras while studying the building's layout.
32:58The package arrived at the broadcasting room, where a bespectacled technician managed the cameras
33:02and livestream. He was curious but didn't dare open the chairman's package. Once they pinpointed
33:07their target, the team sprang into action. Sung Yong drove the van straight into the building,
33:12crashing through the barrier to create a diversion. As expected, the guards spotted the van on camera
33:17and sent someone to investigate, finding only an empty vehicle. Suddenly, a microwave oven inside the
33:23van exploded, setting off the fire alarm. The diversion worked. The team had already infiltrated the
33:29building. Facing an army of thugs, they split into two teams. Woo Sol and Sang Hyab, and Sung Yong and
33:35Yan Jin. One would absorb the attacks, while the other focused on taking down opponents. Speed was key.
33:42The thugs were no match for the four fighters and were quickly overwhelmed. Woo Sol went to find the
33:46broadcasting room, while the others continued to clear a path. The thugs kept coming, but the three
33:51held their ground. Woo Sol quickly located the broadcasting room. He grabbed the technician and forced
33:57him to open the computer files. But the recording folder for that day was empty. Woo Yong watched
34:02everything unfold on his monitors. A smug grin on his face. Everything was going according to plan.
34:08He ordered the woman in yellow, and her men to investigate the disturbance. When Woo Sol returned,
34:13the team had taken down most of the guards. Suddenly, Woo Yong played the video from that day,
34:18showing his desperate pleas, and the moment the woman stabbed Won Jun. The team was enraged. Just then,
34:23the woman in yellow arrived with reinforcements. Woo Sol. She sneered. You're quite photogenic.
34:30She gestured towards the elevator. If you want the footage, you can have it. Her men parted,
34:34allowing Woo Sol to pass. He stepped into the elevator without hesitation, knowing exactly what
34:39she wanted. Him. After Woo Sol left, Cannon sent his men to clear the parking lot while he,
34:45the scarred man, and the woman in yellow dealt with the intruders. Recognizing the woman as the one who
34:51stabbed her brother, Yeon Jin punched her in the face, breaking her nose. Sang Hyub squared off
34:57against Cannon, while Sung Yong faced the scarred man. Meanwhile, Woo Sol removed his wrist wraps,
35:02preparing for a brutal showdown with Woo Yong, his eyes burning with rage. Finally, face to face with
35:08Woo Yong, he was given two choices. Take the USB drive with the video and leave, or fight Woo Yong to avenge
35:15one June. Woo Sol reached for the drive, but Woo Yong wasn't letting him off that easily.
35:20Who's next? He taunted. Is family more motivating than friends? Why are you doing this? Woo Sol demanded.
35:27Why? Woo Yong grinned. Because it's fun. Woo Sol lunged, but Woo Yong was clearly the superior fighter.
35:34At first, he toyed with Woo Sol, but as his patience wore thin, his blows became more brutal.
35:39The fight below intensified. The woman in yellow slashed Yeon Jin's face with the knife. Enraged,
35:46Yeon Jin kicked the knife away, grabbed the woman's hair, and slammed her head repeatedly against the
35:51floor, finishing with a brutal uppercut. The two larger men traded blows, a contest of endurance.
35:57The scarred man caught Sung Yong off guard, breaking his leg. Upstairs, Woo Yong continued to pummel Woo Sol,
36:03while casually sipping wine. He replayed the video of Won Jun's stabbing to further taunt him.
36:08Woo Sol, enraged, attacked, playing right into Woo Yong's hands. He choked Woo Sol,
36:14forcing him to watch Won Jun die again. Defeated, Woo Sol almost gave up. Then,
36:19he remembered Won Jun's defiant words, despite his mortal wound. Is that all you got?
36:25Woo Sol's spirit surged. He threw Woo Yong to the floor and unleashed a furious barrage of punches.
36:30He caught Woo Yong's leg, intending to break it, but hesitated. Woo Yong, enraged, lunged,
36:37but Woo Sol slammed him through the glass wall of the fighting ring. Below, after taking down the
36:41woman in yellow, Yan Jin joined Sung Yong against the scarred man. She was no match for him, and he
36:47broke her arm. Sung Yong intervened, locking the scarred man in a chokehold, allowing Woo Sol to
36:53finish him off. Meanwhile, after a brutal exchange, Sang Hayab finally defeated Cannon. Battered and bruised,
36:59the three friends had accomplished their mission. Above, Woo Yong and Woo Sol struggled to their feet,
37:04exhausted but refusing to yield. Woo Sol locked Woo Yong's arm, refusing to let go, despite being thrown
37:11around. He finally forced Woo Yong to the ground, and, with all his might, broke his arm. Woo Yong,
37:17screaming like a wild animal, charged, trying to throw Woo Sol out the window. Woo Sol managed to grab the wall,
37:23leaving Woo Yong dangling precariously. Woo Sol strained to pull him back. Woo Yong, grinning maniacally,
37:29let go. It's over for me. He said. Woo Sol, burning with a desire for revenge, didn't want to become
37:36a killer like Woo Yong. With a final surge of strength, he pulled Woo Yong back from the brink.
37:41You'll regret saving me. Woo Yong snarled. I'm not like you. Woo Sol replied. Woo Sol walked away,
37:48leaving Woo Yong muttering to himself. I lost. Soon after, Woo Yong was arrested, charged with running an
37:54illegal gambling operation, and implicated in Woo Yong's death. Following the list in Woo Yong's
37:59notebook, Woo Sol visited each victim to apologize on his friend's behalf. Some forgave him, some didn't.
38:06But Woo Sol fulfilled Woo Yong's final wish. He carefully checked off each name. On the last page,
38:11he found his name. He wrote two words. I forgive. Woo Yong. He whispered. I forgave you a long time ago.
38:18Just then, his friends arrived. All smiles. It was finally over. Woo Sol visited Doo Hyun in prison.
38:25I know what I want now. He declared. Every time I throw a punch, I feel truly alive. I love that
38:31feeling. I'll keep fighting. But not because I'm forced to. I'll choose my own battles. I'll become
38:37a badass fighter like you. And then, I want to fight you. If you want to fight me, Doo Hyun grinned.
38:43You'll have to work twice as hard. Got it. Sometime later, the World MMA Rookie Champion
38:48was announced. Woo Sol and his friends dreamed of competing. Like Won Jun. Woo Sol narrated.
38:55Even though he knew he might not be forgiven, he still chose to apologize. Sometimes, even if we
39:00know we might not achieve everything we want, we still have to try. I'm no longer fighting just to
39:05survive. I'm fighting to truly live. The scene shifted to a prison cell. Woo Yong sat on the bottom
39:11bunk, staring glumly at the wall. It was the same cell Doo Hyun had occupied. The former gambling kingpin
39:17had become just another inmate.
