00:09Siyempre, sobrang honored ko po na isa po ako sa mga napili na sumalis sa isang dance competition.
00:16At siyempre, ang pinaka-overwhelming feeling talaga after the initial excitement is yung kaba.
00:23Dahil nga po, growing up, I've always loved dancing and I've always had an appreciation for dance.
00:30Pero never talaga ako nakapag-train formally, kaya hindi ko masasabi, never ko tinawag yung sarili ko na dancer.
00:40Pero I chose to take on the challenge. I chose to look at it as a challenge and just as a way to expand myself as an artist and to grow pa and to become better at my craft.
00:53Ang ina-expect ko po sa Stars on the Floor is, siyempre, una sa sarili ko na mag-i-improve ako sa dancing, yung mga skills, yung discipline na kailangan when doing this sort of craft.
01:11And also, siyempre, to gain new friends. Dahil most of the people na kasama ko po dito sa Stars on the Floor are people that I've never worked with before.
01:23So I'm excited to broaden my circle and to meet new people and to learn their stories as well.
01:31And lastly, I just wanna have fun. That day na alam kong first time namin mag-me-meet, as in, hindi ko talaga ma-describe.
01:42Paulit-ulit na yung word na kaba, pero yun kasi talaga eh. Sobrang nakakaba talaga.
01:47Imagine, like kayo guys, imagine ninyo na hindi naman, kung hindi naman kayo super trained sa isang bagay, tapos kailangan ninyong gawin yung bagay na yun in front of professionals sa craft na yun.
02:00Sobrang nerve-wracking niya talaga. Pero inilaban ko na lang, parang fake it till you make it.
02:06Nung una pa nga sabi sa akin ni JM, on that first day that we all met, akala niya, ano ako, parang suklada, ganyan, kasi hindi ako masyado nagkasalita, tapos poker face.
02:17Kung alam niya lang talagang, I'm in my own head na,
02:20Ayun, ayun mo to, girl. Ilaban mo to, nandito ka for a reason.
02:25As in, talagang may internal monologue talaga ako for myself para lumakas yung loob ko.
