00:00This will be known as the Hague Defense Commitment, which is pretty good, pretty appropriate.
00:11When the Allies reach this number, it will add more than $1 trillion a year.
00:17Think of that $1 trillion per year to our common defense.
00:21And this is a monument really to victory, but it's a monumental win for the United States
00:29because we were carrying much more than our fair share.
00:32It was quite unfair, actually.
00:34But this is a big win for Europe and for actually Western civilization.
00:39You know what we're going to do?
00:40We're negotiating with Spain on a trade deal.
00:43We're going to make them pay twice as much.
00:45And I'm actually serious about that.
00:46We're going to make Spain.
00:48I like Spain.
00:49I have so many people from Spain that it's a great place and they're great people.
00:53But Spain is the only country out of all of the countries that refuses to pay.
01:04And, you know, so they want a little bit of a free ride, but they'll have to pay it back
01:08to us on trade because I'm not going to let that happen.
01:10It's unfair.
01:11I'm not going to let that happen.
01:11It's unfair.
01:12Thank you.
01:13Thank you.
01:13Thank you.
01:13Thank you.
01:14Thank you.
01:16Thank you.
01:16Thank you.
