00:04Hello. What's your name sir? My name is Dr. Tadzio Jodlowski. And so this is a book
00:10that you've written. It's not your first book. You've written a few other books
00:13but quite different really to what you've written before, yeah? It's true. I
00:17write on a wide range of topics. That's the way my mind works. But my first book
00:22was on rescue with behavior and the management of emotions. Yeah. And the
00:25second one is really about a kind of character who learns how to manage his
00:30emotions and then I've written a book celebrating Wellington's revival which
00:34I'm very proud of and if that's contributed in some way to celebrate
00:38that that's fantastic. And then I've written this lovely children's book as
00:42well for children not to worry too much and for the Greenbelt to be protected
00:47and cherished as well. So give us a little mini synopsis. What happens in the book
00:51then? Well, okay. Johnny Greenbelt is a kind of superhero for Shropshire and he
00:57finds out that his parents' green field has been put up for sale without their
01:02kind of, you know, agreement. So he tries to figure out how he can cope with it. So
01:08first of all he remembers his parents told him not to worry because children
01:12shouldn't worry and his parents told him that problems are like clouds. They come
01:17go and go. It's a very important lesson for any children or parents to pass on to
01:20their children I think. So then he decides to use his smartphone to contact
01:26three celebrities to see if they can help him in this modern age on his on his
01:30smartphone to solve this particular problem. And the first person that he
01:35contacts is a famous guitarist called Brian Hay who's famous for his support of
01:41the Badger community. And Brian is unfortunately on tour at the moment but he
01:46does write him a little tune called The Sixpenny Blues which is kind of about the
01:50plectrum, the famous plectrum that he uses on his guitar. And then he tries to also
01:54contact an eco environmentalist and also someone who is a kind of well-known legal
02:02expert on greenfield sites because there are 14 greenfield sites in England and they
02:09all deserve to be preserved so children can enjoy them. And then he tries to find out
02:13what way can he solve his problem in what way. And I can't spoil the end of
02:18the story. Oh yeah yeah we don't. But he has got some support on the way and his
02:23sister Catherine as well who's a very important character who's very well read
02:27and good at solving problems and a very sensible person also has a lot to do with
02:32the whole you know adventure he goes on. And if people want to find out more get a

02:47Bookends Bookshop which I'm supporting as well which support me in Wellington as
02:52well which they supported my Wellington Revival book as well just sold over 200
02:58copies so far and they've been really good and also the Wellington Library where I'll be
03:03doing a it's a kind of a magic lantern show. Ah yeah we should give that a plug yeah. So I'll be playing a sort of synthesizer and one of the librarians will be reading the story and we're going to project the story onto a big screen. Fantastic. For the children as well.
03:18And you sent off a few copies to people including a royal a royal recipient. I did indeed that's right well
03:25the character in the book Catherine so you know you sort of look for examples of kind of types that you'd like to
03:31include in the book or positive people you'd like to include in the book. So for example when Johnny Greenbelt is
03:37trying to find who is behind all this you know he finds out that there's an
03:41inexperienced politician called Dulcie Jones behind this he wants to build on
03:46land on all the green land and he also finds out that Dulcie's in partnership with
03:52with a company called Hectare and Grabber who are renowned for building houses so
03:58close together you can shake hands with your neighbors before you go to bed at
04:02night. So when he goes to adventure he tries all these different celebrities and
04:06also and sees what his sister Catherine can kind of come up with in terms of
04:11solution. Now Catherine is based on Catherine you know Princess of Wales because I
04:17like the way that she always tries to do the right thing and so it's based on that
04:21story. So what I did when I heard that it was Princess Charlotte's birthday was that I
04:25sent a copy of this to Kensington to Kensington Palace and I very kindly got a
04:30reply here. Yeah you got a little yeah just kind of basically thanking you wasn't it
04:35for the gift? Yeah it is so it just thanks me for sending it on Charlotte's
04:39birthday. Yeah. It says that the Prince and Princess of Wales have you know enjoyed
04:44sort of reading the book and finding out about the adventures of Johnny Greenbelt and
04:47the magic of fields. Yeah yeah. That's a nice touch isn't it? Not so nicely. Well thank you sir we wish you all the all of the
