00:29Rescue teams comprising soldiers, firefighters, and volunteers have deployed boats and equipment
00:34to aid ongoing rescue operations in the affected counties.
00:38Meanwhile, China's National Development and Reform Commission announced Wednesday an allocation
00:44of 100 million yuan, about US$13.95 million, to support disaster relief in flood-stricken
00:52Guizhou Province.
00:54The funds will focus on restoring key infrastructure and public services, including roadblocks.
