00:00Okay, final question to the young reporters in the front.
00:04Yes.
00:05We'll get a mic to you. Just a moment.
00:12Thank you very much for this opportunity, Secretary General.
00:15We are the youth correspondents.
00:17Absolutely. And you are here now for two days, and you have been marvelous.
00:22Yes, thank you.
00:24There's a lot happening in this world, and many children worry about it.
00:28Do you think we children can also fight for peace?
00:32Or should we trust that you could bring peace to the world? Thank you.
00:38I cannot personally bring peace to the world.
00:40What we can do collectively is to make sure that we are so well prepared,
00:47we are so strong that nobody will ever attack us.
00:50So the best way to preserve your future, and that our children can live in a democratic, free, open society,
00:59where you can be who you want to be, think what you want, have free press,
01:04what we basically have in the West, and let's be honest, it's fantastic,
01:08is to make sure that we spend enough on our defense, particularly if we know that we have some adversaries
01:15who are really trying to get at us.
01:17So that's the best way to preserve your future.
01:19And that's what we try to do today, to make that commitment.
01:22But you standing here is really touching, and we have seen each other now for two days.
01:26We know each other for a longer time.
01:28I really want to thank you both, and in you, all the free press sitting in this room,
01:34for your fantastic work, and see you soon, in Brussels or elsewhere.
01:38Bye-bye. Take care. Thanks.
01:39Thank you all very much. That's all we have time for today.
