00:34Hi, Lou Nunez, 83 years old, live in Des Moines, Iowa, and I voted for Donald Trump.
00:46He's a barker.
00:48He loves to bark.
00:51And one of my big issues, the reason I voted for him was the border was out of control.
00:58And the economy was not good.
01:02And inflation was high.
01:05I was hoping that Donald Trump would take care of some of that because he promised he would do the border and the economy.
01:14I think he's done well on the border.
01:16The economy, not so well.
01:18Skip's is a good restaurant.
01:21I don't think they have grinders.
01:22No, they don't have grinders, but they have good food.
01:25Oh, yeah.
01:28Those little shoe bones.
01:29I found one.
01:30I brought one in there, so it got too antsy.
01:33The problem is, to me, the president, vice president, cabinet, all those people, they really, I don't think they really know what the average Joe Blow person goes through every day and what everything costs.
01:53They don't have a clue.
01:55Have you been to the grocery store lately?
01:57You don't know what I'm talking about because prices are not going down.
02:01They're going up.
02:02So, let's see what happens.
02:04There we go.
02:22It's not too bad a bit, but it's too light.
02:26I guess we'll do.
02:28I don't know what's weighted, but it's real decent.
02:32So, we go ahead and start.
02:34I voted for Donald Trump, and I've been voting for a long time, okay?
02:45And I've seen some good presidents.
02:47I've seen some bad presidents.
02:49And now we have Donald Trump, but I've never seen things go to this extreme before, ever.
02:56So, we'll see where it takes us.
02:58Got it.
03:23The extreme I'm talking about is the way they went in there and just chopped people away, chopped departments away.
03:34They've actually probably done a poor job with our allies as any president I've ever seen, ever.
03:44I'm trying to buy Canada.
03:47I never heard of such a thing.
03:51But what did he want to do?
03:53Name the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf of America, I believe.
03:56And so, some of that's just screwball stuff.
04:00And I think Donald Trump, just a lot of bluster.
04:04But sometimes I always have that hope that it'll get straightened out.
04:12And I've got three and a half more years to go.
04:15Let's see.
04:16So, we'll see what happens.
04:17No, no, no, no.
04:27That game works than that.
04:43Cool, Oliver?
04:44You like this more, huh?
04:45The thing that's not a toy.
04:48That's what you like more.
04:50What about this one?
04:56Look.
04:57Who's that?
05:00Look.
05:04You're supposed to not look at him.
05:07I like the way he portrays himself as being a strong leader.
05:12And it makes us look stronger to other countries and other nations.
05:18You're trying to hide it?
05:20Yes.
05:20Why?
05:20I don't know.
05:23So, you don't want to get back to the picture?
05:29Whoa.
05:30Our economy is a really big issue.
05:36Immigration and pro-life policies.
05:41I really believe in the sanctity of life.
05:44Being a mother of three.
05:47Let's play with that one.
05:51Aaron?
05:53Yes?
05:53Get down.
05:56I know.
05:57We're almost done, okay?
06:00Why don't you...
06:01Try in the back.
06:04Like, grasp.
06:10Try looking in the back.
06:12Um, I feel like, um, because I'm a stay-at-home mother, and my husband is the only one that
06:18works full-time, in the Biden administration, we did have, um, a little struggle with inflation
06:25and high costs due to that.
06:28Um, but now that, um, Trump is in office, it's gotten a little better.
06:32And I know it's been, it's only been a couple months, but it feels like it's getting much
06:37better as far as inflation.
06:38Okay, in a little bit, we'll watch it, okay?
06:44Be nice.
07:08I feel like a lot of people are really upset, but I think he's doing the right thing to
07:23protect our country.
07:24I know that, um, there's a lot of negativity towards who's being deported, and, um, if they're
07:32really criminals, or if they're just, you know, citizens that are not really, um, doing
07:37any harm, but there's really no way that we can know for sure, you know?
07:43So, he's doing the right thing as far as protecting our border and making sure that everyone
07:48follows the law of the land.
07:50And that's, that's the law of the country, you know?
07:54Going once.
07:56Aaron, you want more?
07:57You're all full?
07:58Yeah.
07:59Do you want another snack?
08:00No.
08:03Okay, well, I'll save it for later.
08:07Before Trump was in office, I do remember hearing a lot of danger on the border towns, um, from
08:20the governor.
08:21And, um, now I think it's gotten much better because they've strictened, they've gotten
08:29strict rules on the border.
08:30So, now the border patrol is out there and actually, um, having more say-so on who passes
08:37over and who doesn't.
08:38So, now I think it's much better.
08:40But before, I, I do remember hearing it was dangerous to even travel south.
08:45Because we are southeast Texas, but it was, it was dangerous to travel south, further south,
08:50much closer to the border.
08:51There are plenty of people that have done it the right way.
09:11And, um, maybe once, um, once all of the immigration stuff kind of calms down, um, I know they have
09:20talked about it before, making the process a little easier or not so time-consuming for,
09:27you know, a lot of the people.
09:28So, maybe that would help.
09:29I, I know there's always going to be people that dislike everybody.
09:55So, as long as he's doing what I believe he should be doing and I support, then I, I'm happy
10:01with it.
10:02I, I try not to listen to any of the negativity.
10:08Where's the worms?
10:10You can't find them.
10:12You can't find them?
10:14No.
10:17Well, you gotta look around.
10:18Oh, look, I want to take it.
10:20Another one?
10:20Mm-hmm.
10:22Ah.
10:22Oh, they're like.
10:25He's trying to get away.
10:28Um, they're like, duh.
10:31I think he's trying to, like, go under where the mud is, baby.
