00:00Well, unang-una, we do not deny that I have a position in government in the Philippines.

00:08Do I have power or authority?

00:11Well, not to a level that we would want to implement our projects and programs,

00:16but yes, meron akong katungkulan sa ating bansa.

00:20But my power and authority do not extend beyond Philippine shores.

00:27So kung saan man yung bansa na may interim release,

00:32ay wala tayong say doon at hindi makikinig yung gobyerno doon sa Philippine Vice President.

00:45He will not be granted the interim release dahil he's 80 years old.

00:56He's not in good health.

00:58He's not been eating well.

01:01And he needs support from familiar people.

01:08And he needs the care of his family and loved ones.

01:15Well, as a lawyer, if I am to speak as a lawyer,

01:21it's all but natural for a prosecutor to oppose everything that the defense proposes.

01:26Kasi yun yung trabaho nila eh.

01:30Whether or not reasonable yun,

01:32it doesn't matter to them.

01:34Kasi trabaho nila ang hindi magbigay or magparaya sa defense team.

01:41Kasi trabaho nila ang Совga cao tayo-
