01:11Alright, so now that we've got our top
01:13completely covered
01:14in marshmallows
01:16you can't really see too many yams
01:18poking through
01:19we're going to grab some cinnamon, alright?
01:23and then just plop that on top until it's kind of evenly coated
01:29and then you're going to want to grab some sweetened condensed milk
01:34and again, I'm using the Great Value brand
01:36because this was so much cheaper guys
01:39and it's the same ingredient, really
01:41so that's my little tip
01:43so I covered it that way
01:46now I am going to go this way
01:48because we do want all these juices because I'll show you the next ingredient we really need it to
01:55be really moist in here okay all right so I think doing my little crisscross and diagonal I've
02:03gotten every single spot I use the whole pan and this is I'll tell you this is 14 ounces and then
02:10my pans of yams because I know y'all have questions sometimes this is 29 ounces and I use two okay
02:17now we're going in with some yellow cake mix now if you don't like yellow cake mix if you like
02:25white or butterscotch maybe could be yummy with this you could use whatever ingredients you like
02:33even I hear that they make some like keto cake mixes if you were on a diet or you know have some
02:39dietary restrictions you could do that okay so the whole box all right and then you can use your
02:45little fingers my hands are clean if you think that that's gross I'm sorry you can use gloves
02:52okay but I don't think that it's that gross because I know where my hands have been I don't know where
02:57y'all's hands have been though so if you got gross hands maybe put on some gloves okay all right it's
03:04completely packed in tight now I pre-slice my butter because I just try I'm trying to make it easier on
03:13myself when I do these videos I want to get them done real fast so here we go
03:17I did a row of four and then I'll just do one more over here of four just like that that was
03:27basically almost a whole stick of butter I guess we could just use these last two I'll put them right
03:33there and then right there perfect now to top it off I'm going to use some brown sugar again I'm using
03:40that great value brand guys I'm telling you this great value brand really is it's it's exactly
03:47what it says it's great value you know what I'm getting chunks in here though so I am going to take
03:52my hand I know it's got flour on it y'all but that's all right okay I'm just going to plop this on top like
03:59that just kind of sprinkle it till it gets not fully coated but it's pretty even you know like every bite
04:08is going to have a little bit of brown sugar because brown sugar and butter mixed together
04:12it's just such a combo it's like a match made in heaven it's like peas and carrots you know
04:19can't get too much of that all right I feel really good about that so this is what
04:25it looks like just for reference I don't have a cameraman today so I'm having to film on a tripod
04:32hopefully it's still good quality just like that okay and then last but not least some great value
04:40pecans or pecans pecans pecans I don't know y'all what do you say I I think I prefer pecans that's how
04:51you know my family grew up saying it but I moved to California after I graduated school and they said
04:57it different so I don't know what the right answer is all I know is that they're really yummy
05:04I'm going to use the whole bag okay because we're going to get our money's worth out of this great
05:10value right all right y'all here's one last look at it before I pop it in the oven my oven has been
05:16preheating at 350 and I'm going to pop it in there for about 45 minutes and while that's in here y'all let

05:41remember all those juices from the lamb and the condensed milk that came up and that's what cooked
05:47a cake mix that's why it was important to keep those juices I want to see what looks like when
05:52you do a cut of this hold on let me let me yeah so so soak it all in yeah let me just get a look at
05:57this and guys you can't smell through the screen but it smells amazing yeah there's marshmallows and
06:02the butter and the brown sugar all right I'm going to do a big serving okay big big nice cut because I
06:07want to see this thing oh yes listen oh it's got the crispy top and the juicy bottom it's got the juice
06:14in it so you don't even need to eat this in ice cream you just put it right on your plate yeah I
06:21love when it's juicy like this oh it's just and then hold on go ahead and cut into one of those
06:28marshmallows or one of those crunchy things because that's oh look at that look at that and then
06:32perfectly cooked and it's got that butter and brown sugar on top okay I'm gonna grab a marshmallow
06:36yeah I'm gonna grab a yam and I'm gonna set one of those pecans right on top okay now that's really hot
06:43because look at all that steam coming up from right now hold it right there get a little blow
06:46and let me get a good look at that bite because this has a little bit of everything it has the
06:49marshmallow and guys we're gonna see if this actually tastes good or if it was you know all
06:54right let's see okay here we go so here we go give it one more blow it looks I see a lot of steam
