00:41I've heard that children and young people have been in the system that have said that they haven't felt safe while they're in the very system that's here to take the top of them.
00:50That is what today's investment is about. It's about reforming and rebuilding the system so we do provide that safety, stability, support and love that children who cannot live safely in their own homes can get once they come into care.
