At today's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) tore into Democrats for accusing the Trump Administration of falsely alleging a Constitutional crisis.

00:00And I hope we send them either back to their home country or somewhere else.

00:05And it's on that point that I want to use my time to sort of address something here.

00:09Thank you, Mr. Chairman, for holding a hearing.

00:11I have listened for six months to Democrats on this committee for any President Trump nominee that comes here,

00:20grilling them about whether or not they're going to follow the law,

00:25whether or not they're going to abide by court orders.

00:28And through a thousand different ways to ask the same question, they give the appropriate answer.

00:34President Trump, by the way, in his first term and now in his second term, has abided by every single court order.

00:41So this newest fake constitutional crisis, and we're on to another one today about Article II powers this weekend.

00:48There's just a new fake constitutional crisis from the Democrats every single week.

00:52But on this one in particular, it is worth pointing out what happened yesterday.

00:56What happened yesterday, a radical, liberal, progressive, leftist judge, Brian Murphy,

01:07who was confirmed in the lame duck session when Joe Biden, President Otto Pinn,

01:15may not even have known he was appointing this person,

01:17approved by the Democrats in the Senate is now refusing, refusing to obey by a Supreme Court order

01:27for the deportation of seven criminal aliens.

01:32And let's just do a little bit of tail of the tape.

01:34These people are, one of them is a convicted arsonist.

01:39Another one is an armed robber.

01:40Another one is a murderer of an elderly woman.

01:43Two more murderers.

01:45One is a child rapist, and another is a rapist of a person with special needs.

01:49These are the people.

01:51These are the people that the Democrats spend their time defending.

01:54And now we have a judge, through an act of, dare I say, insurrection,

02:01which is a word that's thrown around here all the time,

02:04is refusing to abide by the Supreme Court's ruling to say,

02:08yeah, actually, when you held up these deportations, you were wrong.

02:11We are ordering you to allow these deportations.

02:14This judge, Brian Murphy, decided to cite the dissent, the dissenting opinion,

02:23and say, you know what, I'm going to give the Supreme Court the middle finger.

02:26I don't want to do it.

02:28So for all of the nonsense I've heard on this committee about every judge,

02:33including the ones from Missouri that were put forth,

02:35every nominee, including Pam Bondi,

02:37every single person in the administration that's come before the committee,

02:40their sort of righteous indignation to sit here and act like they have the moral high ground

02:45on obeying court orders and the rule of law, it's all a lie.

02:49And the mask has come off.

02:51Because Brian Murphy has shown what this is really all about.

02:56The Democrats believe in that, but only when it suits them.

02:59And this issue of illegal immigration, I can't actually believe they're doing it.

03:03I can't actually believe that this 80-20 issue,

03:06the American people want to meet mass migration with mass deportations, period.

03:13And their willingness to allow assaults on law enforcement officers

03:18who are doing their jobs is insane.

03:22What you will not hear, you've heard some Democrats disavow the violence,

03:28but what you will never hear any one of them say

03:30is that, you know what, we need to take a step back and let ICE do their jobs.

03:35Because they don't really want ICE to do their jobs.

03:39They're totally fine with a bunch of leftist radicals

03:43who invaded the White House with President Autopin.

03:46They can't believe their luck.

03:47They were writing white papers about open borders,

03:49and then they were setting policy,

03:51throwing our borders open to 15 million people who are here illegally.

03:54And when a president comes in,

03:56after campaigning on the idea that he was going to deport these seven people,

04:00including an arsonist, a rapist, a murderer of elderly people,

04:04of people with disabilities,

04:06that's the line.

04:07That's the red line.

04:08And now you've got a judge willing to back them up.

04:12So this is outrageous,

04:14and I don't think it's going to last for very long,

04:17but I applaud you for what you do every day.

04:21You don't get a lot of thanks.

04:23You're put in an impossible position.

04:28And I've seen what's been going on in California.

04:31It's ridiculous.

04:33If you're here illegally,

04:34you don't have a right to be here illegally, period.

04:39End of story.

04:40And guess what?

04:41The law says you can be deported somewhere else,

04:44like in this case.

04:45And the Supreme Court just affirmed that,

04:47and now we have a rogue, liberal, leftist district court judge

04:51who doesn't want to abide by it.

04:53So I don't want to hear any Democrat on this committee

04:56who voted for this guy, by the way,

04:58ask a Republican nominee if they're going to abide by court orders

05:01because who they voted for isn't doing it.

05:05So you want to talk about a real constitutional crisis?

05:07There it is.
