00:00So, what was it like to see this movie after acting opposite tennis balls and stand-ins and other things like that?
00:07It's incredible.
00:08I saw it like two or three weeks ago.
00:11And honestly, I can't tell you how proud.
00:14And it's just such a fun film.
00:18And it has so much heart.
00:19And it really brought me back to the first one, which for me was, you know, I think it marked the generation, the first Jurassic Park.
00:26So, to see what Gareth and the VFX people did.
00:30Because, you know, it's the first time for me to be shooting with, like, you know, tennis balls and all these things.
00:37So, it was very bizarre.
00:38It was really bizarre.
00:39And you're there.
00:40And you're like, is this going to work?
00:41And you're, you know, you're with the other actors.
00:45You're looking at each other saying, is this going to work?
00:48Because you're looking there.
00:49And what exactly are you looking?
00:51You know, everybody's questioning all these things.
00:53And then Gareth is just like, trust me, guys, trust me, just do that.
00:57And then you see the end result.
00:58And it's incredible.
01:00So, you know, I, yeah, Gareth, he did something amazing.
01:04And I'm really, really proud of it.
01:07And what was your relationship like with the original Jurassic Park films?
01:11Well, it was huge.
01:12Like I said, the first one, Jurassic Park, it really marked the generation.
01:18And me, personally, it really opened, you know, the doors of cinema of me, seeing, like, me saying to myself, I want to be in that world.
01:28I want to be in the world of the movies.
01:29That's what I want to be.
01:32So, it's very personal.
01:33And it's very, it's very big for me.
01:35So, you know, even listening to the music, John Willen, like, seeing it in the cinema, it's just overwhelming for me.
01:44It's really big.
01:45And what do you think that this movie brings to the franchise that people might not have gotten from other films?
01:51I think everything, like, it really brings, it's very, how do you say that?
01:58Like, it's very, how do you say, it just brings you to the first one.
02:04Like, the shots that Gareth is very influenced by Spielberg, like, you know, Spielberg shots or the first Jurassic Park.
02:14Like, we shot it in film, so it has that, that gritty look.
02:19David is writing, so it has, you know, David Kopso, he's the same writer as the first one.
02:24Amazing actors, Scarlett, I mean, they all are, you know, Maharshala.
02:31I don't know.
02:31I think what I take from it is that it's very horrifying.
02:37It has a lot of horrifying moments.
02:39How I felt when I saw Jurassic Park, the first one, which, I was a kid, but I saw it, I was like, holy shit.
02:45And this one really made me jump in a few moments, and it's very terrifying, and it has a lot of heart.
02:51So, I think, you know, especially because a little girl is in there, in that world, so it becomes very vulnerable, you know, and I think the audiences are going to, I don't know, be very impacted by that.
03:03Like, yeah.
