00:30Basically, it's like that when my postings as Joint Director of Tourism in 2013 was one of my finest postings in entire bureaucratic life.
00:48And whatever I saw, I thought that Kashmir's pull factor and push factor is very strong.
00:55You can't find a place in this world.
01:01And over a period of time, our history has been 5,000 years old.
01:05You've heard that it's also here.
01:08And that's also a tourist.
01:10After that, when I was here, there was a third Buddhist conference here.
01:16And the same way, I started learning tourism here.
01:20So, when I was in 2013 joined Director of Tourism, I felt a lack of feeling.
01:26So, in my mind, I was thinking about tourism.
01:29Then, I thought that why would be an academic exercise,
01:33which would benefit people from here.
01:36And you'll be surprised to know that I got an admission for a PhD in a university.
01:41It's called Tourism Studies and Hospitality Services Management.
01:44And this is the name of Domestic Tourism in Kashmir, Potential Problems and Prospects.
01:50And this is what our attributes are.
01:55What are our strengths?
01:58What are our weaknesses?
01:59What are our opportunities?
02:00What are our challenges?
02:02And one thing, as I see, is my practical work in Empiric Studies.
02:09I studied five years of the study.
02:11I talked about very many Domestic Truths.
02:13Domestic Truths means that
02:15those who have come here from India, who are coming here to the South Africa.
02:19When I talked about them, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf, in the Gulf,
02:25So there was a concern of security for them.
02:28But for security, people will not come here.
02:31This was also not a concern.
02:32You will know that when there was a problem of security,
02:35there would be more than a person who would come.
02:37He would fire 4-5 people.
02:39But the recent event,
02:43on April 22,
02:45was a very gruesome event.
02:47It was reminded of the Nazis who killed them.
02:51One-to-one killed a family member,
02:53one-to-one killed a family member,
02:55one-to-one killed a family member.
02:57And this book was published in December.
03:03I wanted to do it here in Kashmir.
03:07But the time didn't get me.
03:09It was out of state.
03:11Ultimately, I wanted to do it in the month.
03:13In the beginning of the month.
03:15In the beginning of the month,
03:17I decided to do it in the last week.
03:21You will know what happened.
03:23I did all these things.
03:26What are the concerns of tourists?
03:28What is our infrastructure?
03:30What is our infrastructure?
03:31What are the things that we have in the world,
03:33where we can become stronger?
03:35And I have given them to this book.
03:37In Kashmir,
03:39you will get a guide line?
03:41A guide?
03:42Yes.
03:43I have given them to this book.
03:44What are the attributes of tourism here?
03:46What are the attributes?
03:47What do you want to reach that area?
03:49What are the trekking routes?
03:50What are the trekking routes?
03:51What are the trekking routes?
03:52What are the trekking routes?
03:53Where are the single window opportunities?
03:55Where are the people who can do it?
03:57And the benefits of the跳ini,
03:59we have related to our infrastructure,
04:00particularly with hotels, restaurants,
04:03transportation.
04:04Particularly public transport,
04:05I talked about it against this España.
04:06There were no public transport,
04:08in that time I studied a lot of times.
04:10So, my understanding of it,
04:12in 2014-2019,
04:14but today,
04:16globe,
04:18that this is very improved. There are public buses, controlled atmosphere buses,
04:22which are now available. And the tourists, which I have recently talked about,
04:25have a lot of relief from them. Hopefully, this book will help you
04:30to know about Kashmir. Exactly, exactly. This book is entirely about Kashmir,
04:35about domestic tourism, about our potential, about our prospects. And how we should,
04:41this book has also been given. This book, which is written as tourism policy planners
04:49and tourism practitioners. It's a very good book, according to the rest of Allah.
04:55I don't want to claim that I am a single author of all the countries that I have done.
05:04But I can say that this work is the first work in Kashmir. And the future,
05:11that we have studied tourism studies and tourism management,
05:14or we have studied it. Hopefully, this book will become a reason
05:19to attract tourists. Exactly. This will be one of the reasons. Because,
05:24because I am also studying in G.C. Investor or I am also studying in Punjab,
05:27in G.C. Chandigarh. They also love Kashmir. They also love Kashmir. They are very
05:31young. And they want to come here. So, when I am also talking to them,
05:35they were very happy that there is such a work in Kashmir,
05:38which we will be able to follow them, when we will go to Kashmir.
