02:05And it had a big impact on the perception of the business
02:10That was a real big deal to be on network television
02:15My love, my life, wrestling is on network television

02:29When you look at pivotal moments in our industry
02:34Saturday Night's main event was a huge coup

02:52Now they're out there every night touring the country
02:55But you're doing all of this on the backs of the wrestlers
03:00Who have to work twice as hard to make the business grow
03:03We wrestled seven days a week
03:06I don't know if people knew that or not
03:07We had no time off
03:09It was seven days a week
03:11Fifty-two weeks a year
03:12And so it was a pretty hard grind

03:17I just wish they'd give me just a few more days off a year
03:20They could have been better at managing the schedule
03:24Especially in the late 80s when it was just a disaster

03:32And they're on guaranteed contracts

03:36In the 80s, if you were hurt and didn't wrestle

03:42Because of that, you wrestled hurt all the time
