When a brand-new burger joint meets a feisty fryer, chaos is guaranteed to sizzle!

Alex shared this clip of a restaurant's wild day when a mountain of orders collided with one overheated fryer.

"We didn’t realize the temperature had gotten too high," Alex confessed to WooGlobe.

Still getting to know the fryer’s personality, the workers also slipped up on the water and oil ratio, and that's when things got dramatic — the fryer turned into a mini volcano, boiling and bubbling like it was ready to launch burgers into orbit.

But every kitchen disaster is just a masterclass in disguise!

As Alex put it, "We have new protocols in place and are improving day by day to make sure everything runs as it should!"
