Shopping mall parking lot turns underground shelter in Tel Aviv

A mall parking lot at Dizengoff Center shopping mall in Tel Aviv has been turned into a makeshift underground shelter, where hundreds of Israelis have put up tents to stay while an air-war between Iran-Israel unfolds.

With many of the buildings in Tel Aviv having no bomb shelters, the IDF linked Brothers and Sisters in Arms organization arranged for some citizens to have a safe space to shelter from missiles launched from Iran.

Israel launched attacks on June 13 saying Iran was on the verge of developing nuclear weapons, while Iran says its atomic program is only for peaceful purposes. Israel is widely assumed to possess nuclear weapons, which it neither confirms nor denies.
