Former Argentine president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner has condemned the arbitrary and unconstitutional restrictions imposed on her house arrest, which prohibit her from receiving unauthorized visitors, except for immediate family members, lawyers and doctors. Her legal team filed an appeal, claiming that the rules violate her rights, citing the precedent of Brazil's Lula da Silva, who did not face such restrictions during his imprisonment.
