00:00I'm a huge Stephen King fan, and I was thinking that in the summer of 1985, you were in North Carolina

00:05working on Maximum Overdrive, which is Stephen King's first directorial debut.

00:10I'm just hoping you can talk about your memories from that experience.

00:12Oh my goodness. I mean, I thought Stephen was brilliant in directing that film

00:16and thought he would have a long career as a director.

00:18So prolific as a writer, of course, and love what he writes.

00:22But that film had, you know, he was really good with the team of artisans who were making it.

00:28Again, you know, art department, transpo in that movie was very, very important,

00:32moving parts of lawnmowers and trucks, and, you know, Milly Estevez, of course, in that movie as well.

00:39And me, you know, at that pinball machine, you know, yo mama!

00:43Pinball machine is not acting right.

00:46It was a real, it's a great honor to be there and work with him, and I'm a huge Stephen King fan.
