00:00I think that our colleagues, friends and allies in the United States have made it clear that there is a window, it is a short window, to find a diplomatic solution for the Iranians to dismantle and to be in discussion with the United States and with us here in Europe about how we can end their nuclear program and our concerns about their nuclear program.
