I visited Lytham St Anne's new beach huts and it was a perfect day out
Transcript
00:00There's something magical about the British seaside but the beach huts at
00:03St Hanson C take that magic to a whole new level. I spent the day in one and
00:07honestly I really didn't want to leave. From the moment I arrived on the South
00:10Promenade it felt different, quiet, clean and charming. The huts are lined up like
00:14little jewels facing the shore, each one a private escape just steps from the sand.
00:18Booking was fairly easy and I'd done it online and when I got there a beach cart
00:22was waiting to help me carry my things. The staff were friendly and made check-in
00:25a breeze. You can even get your own key so it really feels like your own space.
00:29Inside the hut I had everything from a fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery,
00:34comfy benches, even fresh water. I made a tea and opened the doors wide and watched
00:38the waves roll in. The breeze, the smell of the salt air, it was all perfect. I spent
00:44the morning walking the promenade reading my book and just soaking up the peace.
00:47Nearby families were building sandcastles and kids were laughing but inside the
00:51hut it felt calm and cozy like a seaside retreat with all the comforts of home.
00:54By the time I packed up I felt totally reset. If you're after a relax
00:59low-key day by the sea with a touch of luxury these beach huts are absolutely worth it.
